The Strategic Content Creator is a pivotal role responsible for the end-to-end management of our real estate brand's content. You will be the visionary who plans and executes multi-channel content designed to increase online visibility, generate qualified leads, and establish our firm as a market authority.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Content Strategy &amp; Planning: Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar, outlining themes and formats based on target audience needs, market trends, and specific real estate business objectives.</li><li>Creation &amp; Optimization: Produce high-quality, engaging written and visual content, including SEO-optimized blog posts, compelling property descriptions, short-form video scripts, and social media campaigns.</li><li>Real Estate Expertise: Conduct research on local market data, neighborhood highlights, and buying/selling processes to create timely and valuable content that addresses client pain points.</li><li>Performance Analysis: Track key content metrics (traffic, engagement, lead generation) and use analytics to refine the strategy, ensuring content is always delivering a measurable return on investment (ROI).</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales agents, marketing teams, and design resources to ensure all content is on-brand, accurate, and supportive of current listing promotions and company campaigns.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Proven experience in content marketing or strategy, preferably within real estate.</li><li>Strong proficiency in SEO, copywriting, photography, and video editing tools.</li><li>Excellent communication and project management skills.</li><li>A portfolio demonstrating successful content campaigns that drove business results.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
