&#61656; Overall control of the finance and accounting functions&#61656; Maintenance of accounting records and books in line with IFRS and local legalrequirements&#61656; Maintenance of accounting records for VAT filling and filing VAT returns&#61656; Prepare forecast, budgets and monthly/yearly financial results with budget vs. actualanalysis&#61656; Provide an effective MIS to the management&#61656; Establish effective credit control procedures, regular monitoring of accounts receivablesand take necessary steps for early recovery&#61656; Analyze credit worthiness of the customers and fixing credit limits&#61656; Implement effective inventory management systems with adequate accounting ofconsumption and periodic inventory verifications&#61656; Improve existing processes and streamline workflows&#61656; Prepare year-end audit schedules and liaise with auditors&#61656; Liaise with banks for day to day banking activities&#61656; Management of working capital with emphasis on receivables and inventory&#61656; Establishing and monitoring a &ldquo;quote to cash&rdquo; process&#61656; Maintain payroll, personnel records in compliance with local laws&#61656; Verification of supplier bills, day to day expenses, commission to sales personnel, etc.&#61656; Scrutinizing General Ledgers, advances to suppliers, advances to staff and reconcilingthe same&#61656; Reconciliation of group company accounts and bank accounts&#61656; Preparation of Set up and implement inventory management policies as well as procedures.&#61656; Conduct weekly and monthly physical assets as well as tools count in the company and highlight variancesto the management.monthly payrolls and distribution of salaries to employees&#61656; Work with the warehouse team to implement and ensure control system to reduce damage, breakage as well asinventory obsolescence.&#61656; Maintain accurate posting of all inventory transactions into the system.&#61656; Liaise with necessary government agencies for permits/documentations.Job Type: Temporary Contract length: 3 monthsPay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Attested Degree (Required)</li></ul>
