We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Admin cum Secretary with at leas1-2 years of experience to support our operations and ensure effective document management. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and able to manage administrative and documentation tasks efficiently.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage, organize, and maintain company documents and records (both digital and physical)</li><li>Ensure proper document control procedures, versioning, and approvals are followed</li><li>Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including correspondence, filing, and scheduling</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments to collect, distribute, and track documents</li><li>Maintain document registers, logs, and trackers</li><li>Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all company records</li><li>Support management with reports and administrative assistance as required</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative and/or document control role</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field</li><li>Strong knowledge of document control processes and administrative functions</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask</li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
