The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of civil construction experience in the UAE and the ability to manage site activities, supervise workers, and ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise daily civil construction activities on site</li><li>Manage and coordinate workers, subcontractors, and equipment</li><li>Ensure work is completed according to drawings and project specifications</li><li>Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with safety regulations</li><li>Coordinate with engineers and project managers regarding site progress</li><li>Maintain site records and daily progress reports</li><li>Ensure materials and manpower are properly utilized</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience as a Civil Foreman</li><li>Strong knowledge of civil construction works (concrete, blockwork, plastering, etc.)</li><li>Ability to read and interpret construction drawings</li><li>Good leadership and team management skills</li><li>Knowledge of site safety standards in the UAE</li><li>Diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
