We are seeking an experienced Technical Office Manager with a minimum of 20 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry to oversee and lead our technical office operations, documentation management, and engineering coordination functions.Key responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and manage the technical office team including engineers, draftsmen, and document controllers</li><li>Oversee the preparation, review, and submission of technical submittals, shop drawings, method statements, and RFIs</li><li>Coordinate between design consultants, project management teams, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure technical alignment</li><li>Manage the full document control lifecycle including version control, distribution logs, and archiving</li><li>Review and approve technical specifications, bills of quantities, and material approval requests</li><li>Monitor and report on engineering progress, technical deviations, and design change orders</li><li>Ensure compliance with local authority requirements, consultant instructions, and contract technical obligations</li><li>Interface with clients, consultants, and authorities on all technical matters</li><li>Develop and maintain the master technical document register and drawing issue schedule</li><li>Mentor and develop junior technical office staff and engineers</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred)</li><li>Minimum 20 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 8 years in a senior technical office or engineering management role</li><li>Deep knowledge of construction documentation standards, contract administration, and project delivery methods</li><li>Proven experience managing technical offices on large-scale projects (residential, commercial, or infrastructure)</li><li>Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera P6, and MS Project</li><li>Excellent command of technical English; Arabic is an advantage</li><li>Familiarity with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, or other UAE authority submission requirements</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills</li><li>UAE driving license preferred</li></ul>Work Location: In person

The ideal candidates should have a strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and punctuality.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Safely operate company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and company policies.</li><li>Transport personnel, materials, equipment, and goods to designated locations.</li><li>Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues or damages.</li><li>Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of assigned vehicles.</li><li>Maintain accurate trip records and vehicle logs.</li><li>Follow assigned schedules and delivery routes efficiently.</li><li>Assist with loading and unloading materials when required.</li><li>Adhere to all health, safety, and company regulations.</li></ul>Requirements:For Heavy Driver:<ul><li>Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of heavy vehicle driving experience.</li><li>Good knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations.</li><li>Ability to operate trucks, water tankers, trailers, or heavy equipment transport vehicles.</li><li>Clean driving record.</li></ul>For Light Driver:<ul><li>Valid Light Vehicle Driving License.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of driving experience.</li><li>Good knowledge of local roads and routes.</li><li>Clean driving record.</li><li>Professional appearance and communication skills.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in the construction industry is an advantage.</li><li>Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours when required.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
