 Al Rabie is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
 
 Entry-Level Lab Technician
 
 to join our Research &amp; Development team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with an engineering background&mdash;preferably in
 
 Chemical Engineering
 
 or
 
 Industrial Engineering
 
 &mdash;who are eager to gain hands-on experience in product development and laboratory operations within the food and beverage industry
 
 
 Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Operate laboratory and pilot-plant equipment daily in accordance with safety standards and SOPs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct routine calibration, verification, and basic maintenance of lab equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare product batches, trial samples, and formulations based on instructions from the Product Development team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow precise recipes and procedures to support product development activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in conducting experiments, collecting data, and preparing trial documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized laboratory environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle moderate lifting of ingredients, materials, and equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of raw materials and finished samples.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Support cross-functional coordination with Quality, Production, and Procurement teams when required
 
 
 Qualification:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in
 
 Chemical Engineering
 
 ,
 
 Industrial Engineering
 
 ,
 
 Food Science
 
 , or a related technical field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong technical ability and willingness to learn new equipment and processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic understanding of lab safety, laboratory practices, and measurement techniques.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to follow instructions with high accuracy and attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable performing physical tasks and operating machinery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and organizational skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
 </li>
 </ul>
