A Civil Project Engineer with infrastructure expertise is responsible for planning, designing, coordinating, and managing civil engineering projects such as roads, bridges, utilities, drainage systems, and other large-scale infrastructure works. The role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with technical and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and oversee infrastructure construction projects from initiation to completion</li><li>Review engineering designs, drawings, and technical specifications</li><li>Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders</li><li>Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with design and safety standards</li><li>Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets</li><li>Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues on-site</li><li>Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and environmental standards</li><li>Prepare reports, progress updates, and documentation for management</li><li>Assist in tendering, procurement, and contract administration</li><li>Implement quality control and assurance procedures</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)</li><li>7+ years of experience in civil/infrastructure projects (Mandatory)</li><li>Experience in roads, highways, bridges, drainage, or utilities projects</li><li>Knowledge of construction methods and materials</li><li>Familiarity with project management tools and engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project, etc.)</li><li>Understanding of local construction codes and standards (UAE/GCC experience preferred if applicable)</li></ul>Key Skills<ul><li>Strong project management and coordination skills</li><li>Technical knowledge of civil infrastructure systems</li><li>Problem-solving and decision-making ability</li><li>Leadership and site supervision skills</li><li>Communication and stakeholder management</li><li>Time management and multitasking under pressure</li></ul>Preferred Certifications (Optional)<ul><li>PMP (Project Management Professional)</li><li>AutoCAD / Civil 3D certification</li><li>Health &amp; Safety certifications (OSHA, NEBOSH preferred in GCC roles)</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>Combination of office-based planning and on-site supervision</li><li>Requires frequent site visits and coordination with construction teams</li><li>May involve working under tight deadlines and challenging site conditions</li></ul>ALL FACILITIES AS PER UAE LAWJob Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>CIVIL PROJECT ENGINEER: 7 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>DRIVING LICENSE (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Abu Dhabi (Preferred)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>25% (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
