<ul><li>Manage and maintain General Ledger (GL) accounts and ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions.</li><li>Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.</li><li>Handle accounts receivable, including invoicing, collection follow-ups, customer account reconciliation, and aging analysis.</li><li>Manage accounts payable, verify supplier invoices, process payments, and reconcile vendor statements.</li><li>Assist in VAT preparation, review, and filing in compliance with UAE VAT regulations.</li><li>Maintain and monitor petty cash transactions and prepare periodic reconciliations.</li><li>Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and month-end closing schedules.</li><li>Prepare financial reports, management reports, and supporting schedules.</li><li>Attend client meetings and provide financial information, account updates, and professional support.</li><li>Coordinate with banks regarding transfers, account maintenance, and banking facilities.</li><li>Support internal and external audits by preparing required documents and schedules.</li><li>Review and reconcile balance sheet accounts on a regular basis.</li><li>Maintain proper accounting records, documentation, and filing systems.</li><li>Coordinate with various departments regarding financial matters and payment processes.</li><li>Supervise junior accounting staff and provide guidance when required.</li><li>Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency and accuracy.</li><li>Perform other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.</li><li>Reports to Cheif Accountant and Finance Manager.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and finance.</li><li>UAE experience preferred.</li><li>Male candidates preferred.</li><li>Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.</li><li>Strong knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, and VAT.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.</li><li>Good communication and client-handling</li></ul>Pay: AED3,200.00 per hourWork Location: In person
