Should be strong in communication with team members . Immediate Joiner are preferred. Candidates on visit visa are considered too.Job Description:<ul><li>Coordinate the Maintenance job of pump and compressor.</li><li>Review the monthly reports of the technical department with Technical Superintendents.</li><li>Knowledge in Making Test reports</li><li>Coordinate activities with other departments.</li><li>Assist Technical Superintendent to maintain records.</li><li>Generate technical department Memo/Safety flash/technical information.</li><li>Maintain and develop good working relations with third party.</li><li>Provide a good working environment for the workshop team.</li><li>Follow up with the procurement dept. regarding the purchase orders.</li><li>Perform task that may be assigned by the Technical Manager.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentJob Type: PermanentPay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month

Assistant Technical Coordinator

We are looking for a male Human Resource Officer with valid UAE driving license with at least 2 years&rsquo; experience with PRO related jobs.Provide quick and efficient services for all Government related jobs such as Employment Permits, Entry Visas, Medical Examinations, Immigration works, Ministry of Labor, and Business Licenses to the company and its group, adhering to the regular amendments in rules and regulations within very short notices.Obtain new employment visas / work permits for all expatriate employeesMonitor and renew employee residence permits and update the visa renewal status for all staff membersResponsible in maintaining records pertaining to the renewal/ registration/ cancellation of all govt related jobsBe updated with the government policies and rules- Proven work experience as a HR officer in UAE preferably in a similar industry- Excellent knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration policies, and government regulations- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with government entities and internal stakeholders- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously- Must have experience in renewal of AMC contracts, medical insurance, third party liability, workmen compensation etc.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
