 Customer Experience (CX) Analyst
 
 to support the implementation of our CX strategy by analyzing customer feedback, generating actionable insights, and tracking performance across all touchpoints. This role plays a key part in delivering seamless, engaging experiences for our guests, coordinating CX initiatives, and managing customer issue tickets across the business.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 CX Insights &amp; Reporting
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Analyze customer feedback from surveys, social media, emails, service desks, websites, and mystery shopping.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare regular reports tracking
 
 NPS, CSAT, CES, complaint trends, and mystery shopper results
 
 , and respond to ad-hoc data requests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify trends, pain points, and opportunities using quantitative and qualitative methods.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop presentations and share actionable insights with internal stakeholders to drive improvements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with Customer Service teams and CX platform managers to ensure data quality and consistency.
 </li>

 Operational Excellence &amp; Service Delivery
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Monitor and manage customer tickets and complaints, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate across departments and escalate issues when necessary.
 </li>

 Generate monthly reports on resolution times, SLA compliance, and recurring issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct root-cause analyses and recommend process improvements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support adoption of CX tools and processes that enhance guest convenience and accessibility.
 </li>

 CX Activations &amp; Engagement Support
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of CX activations, events, and in-mall initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track participation, engagement, and feedback to measure success.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of initiatives.
 </li>

 Stakeholder Engagement &amp; Collaboration
 
 
 <ul>

 Work closely with Retail Marketing, Leasing, Operations, and Development teams to integrate customer insights.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide timely and actionable reports to management to support decision-making and performance tracking.
 </li>

 Qualifications &amp; Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Experience:
 
 3&ndash;5 years in
 
 Customer Experience, Data Analytics, Market Research, or related fields
 
 . Retail, shopping mall, or hospitality experience preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Skills:
 
 Data analytics, qualitative &amp; quantitative research, customer journey mapping, stakeholder influence. Familiarity with CX tools (Qualtrics, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Interpersonal Skills:
 
 Strong communication and presentation skills, collaborative mindset, highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Education:
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in
 
 Business, Marketing, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related discipline
 
 . CX certification is a plus.

Customer Experience Analyst – Retail_ Aldar Retail Management

Overview Vice President - Design G role at ALDAR. Responsible for leading vertical and mixed use design activities across all projects under construction, ensuring adherence to standards and cost effectiveness. Lead the development of master plans that conform to Business Plans (BP) from Development Management. Responsibilities <ul><li>Provide overall design direction on feasibility / test fits.</li><li>Participate in predesign activities, including providing input and innovative ideas to development management and assisting with client design briefs.</li><li>Oversee the creation of the Project Brief and the Scope sections of the RFP; participate in prequalification and assessments of consultants.</li><li>Oversee tender evaluations for technical submissions and approve the Project Implementation Plan for each project.</li><li>Establish and manage the Aldar Design Guidelines with input from DM and PDT; ensure design reviews align with Aldar specifications.</li><li>Manage design progress against the programme and validate design brief / code compliance.</li><li>Obtain necessary design NOCs in conjunction with government relations and secure utility/NOC permits through consultants to obtain Building Permits.</li><li>Review and approve proposed materials, substitutes, and colours; ensure adherence to Estidama standards.</li><li>Coordinate with consultants to ensure drawings and submittals reflect the project brief and handle deviations as needed.</li><li>Provide support to project teams during execution and commissioning through design reviews for constructability, and identify value engineering opportunities to reduce costs and time.</li><li>Communicate all vertical design changes clearly to DM and related functions for forecast adjustments; work with Master Planning and Infrastructure teams to ensure design aligns with the overall plan.</li><li>Carry out weekly and monthly progress reporting to the line manager.</li></ul> Qualifications & Skills <ul><li>Minimum 10+ years of experience in design processes for developments with CAPEX 4+ billion AED.</li><li>Minimum 2+ years in a managerial position.</li><li>Sector experience: Retail estate sector, construction.</li><li>Deep exposure to GCC region and adjacent markets preferred.</li><li>Excellent design & master-planning capabilities; strong conflict resolution and teamwork skills.</li><li>Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present master plans to senior leaders for approval.</li><li>Experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams including Business Planning, Master Planning, Design, Project Management, Procurement and Commercial functions.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering.</li></ul> Seniority & Employment <ul><li>Seniority level: Executive</li><li>Employment type: Full-time</li><li>Job function: Product Management and Marketing</li></ul>Note: This description reflects the original job information; other postings or time-stamped entries listed in the source are not part of the position's responsibilities.
