<div></div><div><b>What You'll Do:</b></div>
<ul><li>Identify, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair electrical fixtures and equipment in homes and businesses.</li>
<li>Mount light fixtures/controls, and install power, control, and communications wiring (in conduit).</li>
<li>Install power distribution equipment including breaker panels, transformers, disconnects, and meter sockets.</li>
<li>Perform routine maintenance on existing electrical wiring and systems.</li>
<li>Build strong customer relationships by explaining electrical needs and service options.</li>
<li>Accurately complete invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, option sheets, and manage on-truck inventory.</li>
<li>Adhere to all safety/quality codes and comply with company service standards.</li>
<li>Participate actively in morning meetings, training exercises, continued education, trade shows, and retreats.</li></ul><br>
<div></div><div><div><b>What You Bring:</b></div>
<div><ul><li>Valid Colorado Residential, Journeyman, or Master Electrician License</li>
<li>Proven residential and commercial service experience highly preferred</li>
<li>Working knowledge of local electrical codes, blueprints, schematics, manuals, and advanced troubleshooting.</li>
<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with an acceptable driving record. Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.</li>
<li>Strong work ethic, high integrity, self-starter mentality, and excellent written/verbal communication.</li>

<div></div><div><b>Physical Requirements and Work Location:</b></div>
<div><ul><li>Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, crawl, kneel, and climb ladders/scaffolding frequently throughout the shift.</li>
<li>Manual dexterity to safely handle small tools, wires, and electrical components.</li>
<li>Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy equipment and materials (typically up to 50 lbs or more).</li>
<li>Ability to work in varying environmental conditions (attics, crawlspaces, outdoor weather).</li>

<ul><li>Build strong customer relationships by providing knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential and light commercial air conditioning and multi-zone heating and cooling systems.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and repair all electrical and mechanical components of HVAC equipment.</li>
<li>Provide start-ups and troubleshooting for residential and light commercial HVAC systems.</li>
<li>Explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient or underperforming systems.</li>
<li>Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.</li>
<li>Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and option sheets.</li>
<li>Participate actively in all training exercises, continued education, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats.</li>
</ul><div><div><b>What You Bring:</b></div>
<ul><li>2+ years of HVAC service experience (residential and light commercial)</li>
<li>EPA Type II or Universal Certification (NATE preferred)</li>
<li>Your own tools, gauges, and multimeter</li>
<li>Experience interacting with customers, building customer trust, and promoting repeat business</li>
<li>A clean driving record and valid license</li>
<li>A professional appearance and positive attitude</li>
<li>Must be able to pass drug screen and background check</li>
</ul><div><b>Physical Requirements and Work Environment:</b></div>
<ul><li>Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment and tools weighing up to <b>50&ndash;75 lbs</b> independently</li>
<li>Frequent climbing of ladders, crawling into tight spaces (crawlspaces/attics), and working in awkward positions for extended periods</li>
