Why work for Allen Service? <ul><li>Great company culture that focuses on growth, teamwork, and respect, and we like to have fun too!</li><li>Employee benefits start on the 1st of the month following hire date.</li><li>Medical (3 affordable medical plans to choose from), Dental and Vision Insurance</li><li>Company Paid Benefits: Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance</li><li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP)</li><li>Optional Benefits: Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Accounts, Supplemental Medical Insurance, Pet Insurance, and ID &amp; Legal Shield</li><li>401k with Company Match!</li><li>Tuition Reimbursement</li><li>Paid Time Off and 9 Paid Holidays</li><li>Compensation:$90,000-$125,000 annually</li></ul>What You'll Do: <ul><li>Installation: Complete all HVAC system installations efficiently and accurately.</li><li>Technical Execution: Apply familiarity with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques to resolve issues.</li><li>Customer Relations: Build strong customer relationships by understanding and meeting new and existing customer needs.</li><li>Operational Standards: Comply with all service standards, work instructions, and specific customer requirements.</li><li>Documentation: Accurately interpret and utilize blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications during service calls.</li></ul>What You Bring: <ul><li>Experience: 3+ years of residential and/or light commercial service/install experience.</li><li>Licensing: Journeyman or Master Mechanical license preferred.</li><li>Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of applicable installation and venting codes, basic sheet metal practices, and air balancing principles.</li><li>Systems Expertise: Proven track record in heating and cooling systems; ability to draw simple diagrams and read blueprints.</li><li>Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Integrity: High integrity with a strong desire for continuous improvement.</li><li>Compliance: Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record; must pass a drug screen and background check.</li></ul>Physical Requirements and Work Environment: <ul><li>Must be physically able to be on feet 8 hours a day.</li><li>Must be physically able to perform strenuous labor including lifting heavy objects (75lbs. and up) on a daily basis.</li><li>Must be able to work in extreme heat and cold.</li><li>Must be able to climb up and down a ladder numerous times throughout the day.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time Benefits: <ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
