Job Description:Job Title: Senior Executive &ndash; PPC Ads (Google &amp; Meta)Location: Allure Digital &ndash; [On-Site] Job Type: Full-Time - 5PM-2AMJob Summary:We are seeking a Senior Executive &ndash; PPC Ads to drive high-quality leads through paid media campaigns. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, specializing in lead generation strategies, conversion optimization, and audience targeting. This role requires a data-driven approach to maximize lead volume and quality while maintaining a profitable CPA.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid channels.</li><li>Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid strategy optimization to attract high-intent leads.</li><li>Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and CTAs to improve conversion rates.</li><li>Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CPL, CPA, CTR, ROI) and implement data-driven improvements.</li><li>Set up and manage lead tracking systems (Google Tag Manager, UTM parameters, CRM integrations) to ensure accurate attribution.</li><li>Leverage remarketing and lookalike audiences to nurture and convert leads more efficiently.</li><li>Collaborate with web development and graphics teams to ensure the best results.</li><li>Develop and present performance reports with actionable insights to stakeholders.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>3+ years of experience in lead generation PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.</li><li>Strong expertise in Google Ads bidding strategies (Maximize Conversions, Target CPA, Manual CPC) for lead gen.</li><li>Experience with CRM integrations (Zapier, Callrail, GoHighLevel) and lead tracking.</li><li>Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup.</li><li>Deep understanding of landing page optimization and A/B testing for lead conversion.</li><li>Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.</li><li>Experience with remarketing, lookalike audiences, and lead nurturing strategies.</li><li>Google Ads Certification is a plus.</li></ul>If you&rsquo;re a results-driven PPC expert passionate about scaling lead generation campaigns, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!
