Currently, we are hiring Customer Support Executive for multiple positions in different projects.Responsibilities of a Customer Support Executive<ul><li>Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls</li><li>Identify and assess customers&rsquo; needs to achieve satisfaction</li><li>Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication</li><li>Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools</li><li>Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution</li><li>Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents</li><li>Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies</li><li>Take the extra mile to engage customers</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Support.</li><li>Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.</li><li>Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.</li><li>At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience.</li><li>Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.</li><li>Ability to commute to Phase-4, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi.</li></ul>Applicants must be willing to work in evening or night shifts and must be able to commute to Bahria Town, Phase-4, RawalpindiJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

The ideal candidate will have 2&ndash;3 years of full-time, onsite experience in SEO-focused copywriting (freelance work will not be considered).
