Your Role</b></p><ul><li>
Provide skilled nursing care such as <b>wound care, catheter care, medication administration, and symptom management</b></li><li>
Conduct skilled <b>observation, assessment, and evaluation</b></li><li>
Deliver <b>patient and caregiver education and support</b></li><li>
Collaborate with healthcare providers for <b>cohesive, quality care</b></li></ul><p><b>
Requirements</b></p><ul><li><b>
Washington LPN license</b> (current and in good standing)</li><li>
Home Health or Hospice experience preferred&mdash;but not required!</li><li><b>
Current BLS certification (AHA)</b></li><li>
