About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and professional Administrative Operations Coordinator to support our growing healthcare agency.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys staying organized, and takes pride in being the person who keeps everything running smoothly.

You will serve as the central hub of the office&mdash;supporting phones, administrative operations, and scheduling coordination. 


Schedule (Part-Time Split Shift)

We are hiring for part-time shifts:

<li>Morning Shift: 8:00 AM &ndash; 12:30 PM</li>
<li>Afternoon Shift: 12:30 PM &ndash; 5:00 PM</li>
</ul>
What You&rsquo;ll Do

Front Desk &amp; Phones
<ul>
<li>Answer incoming calls with professionalism and compassion</li>
<li>Route calls and take accurate messages</li>
<li>Greet clients, caregivers, and visitors</li>
</ul>
 Scheduling Support
<ul>
<li>Assist with caregiver/client scheduling needs</li>
<li>Provide backup support when scheduling gaps arise</li>
<li>Communicate schedule updates clearly</li>
</ul>
 Administrative Support
<ul>
<li>Prepare folders for clients, marketing, and recruiting</li>
<li>Track and complete daily administrative tasks</li>
<li>Coordinate meeting notes and follow-ups</li>
<li>Maintain office supplies and organization</li>
<li>Assist with mail, deliveries, and office coordination</li></ul> 


What We&rsquo;re Looking For

<li>Strong communication and phone skills</li>
<li>Highly organized and detail-oriented</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure</li>
<li>Reliable and consistent attendance</li>
<li>Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset</li>
<li>Comfortable using computers and office systems</li>
<li>Experience with ClearCare (WellSky) or similar software is a plus.</li>
