<div><p>Always Best Care Senior Services of Alexandria is looking for care professionals to provide in-home personal care services in the greater Alexandria area. We are seeking experienced professionals who are caring, flexible, and always willing to learn.</p><br>

Pay: $18 &ndash; $19/hr</b></p><br>

Shift Details:</b> Immediate openings for day-time shifts between 7am - 7pm. Candidate must be available during these times throughout the week/weekend. CNA certification or license, or PCA certificate required.</p><p><br>
<b>
What you&rsquo;ll do:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide companionship and engage meaningfully with the client.</li>
<li>Assist client with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.</li>
<li>Assist with mobility and transfers.</li>
<li>Prepare and serve nutritious meals.</li>
<li>Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and light cleaning.</li>
<li>Monitor and report changes in the client&rsquo;s health and behavior.</li>
<li>Maintain a safe and clean living environment.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>What you&rsquo;ll need:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Relevant certification or license (i.e. CNA, HHA, PCA) sponsored by Virginia Board of Nursing</li>
<li>Previous experience as a caregiver or related field</li>
<li>Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and assisting clients</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills</li>
<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation</li>
<li>Two (2) professional references</li>
<li>Ability to pass criminal record check</li>
