We are seeking a highly organized and professional Secretary/Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our dynamic real estate development company in Dubai. You will manage front-office operations and provide vital administrative support to our management, sales, and leasing teams.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and organize the General Manager&rsquo;s assigned task.</li><li>Act as a liaison between the GM, department heads, and external partners.</li><li>Assist in processing and preparing real estate documentation, including Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPAs), contracts, and DLD/RERA forms.</li><li>Maintain comprehensive property, client, and project records (both physical and digital).</li><li>Coordinate with the accounts department for invoice tracking and general expense reporting for the GM&rsquo;s office.</li><li>Monitor office supplies, manage couriers, and maintain reception area at all times.</li><li>Maintain accurate client records, update property inventory.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of proven experience as a Receptionist, Secretary within the UAE real estate or property development sector will be preferred.</li><li>Language Skills: verbal and written communication in English.</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease send your CV: careers.amaholding@gmail.com Or WhatsApp +923232 999889Pay: From AED3,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
