You will be at the forefront of our business development, acting as a bridge between outbound sales and digital growth. You won't just be dialing numbers; you will be executing a multi-channel strategy to identify, qualify, and secure high-value clients.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Outbound Prospecting: Manage high-quality lead generation through personalized cold calling, targeted emailing, and professional LinkedIn outreach.</li><li>Growth &amp; Advertising: Assist in managing and optimizing small-scale ad campaigns (LinkedIn/Meta). Analyze performance metrics to refine our target audience and messaging.</li><li>Consultative Engagement: Engage prospects with a focus on problem-solving. Use your communication skills to build rapport and qualify leads based on FCR standards.</li><li>AI-Enhanced Workflow: Utilize our proprietary internal tools and AI systems to audit call quality and optimize your outreach strategy.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with the leadership team to share insights from the market and refine our service offerings.</li></ul>What We Are Looking For<ul><li>Communication Excellence: Exceptional command of English with the ability to hold consultative, professional conversations.</li><li>Hybrid Mindset: A rare combination of &quot;sales grit&quot; (calling/emailing) and &quot;marketing curiosity&quot; (running ads/analyzing data).</li><li>Tech Proficiency: Comfortable working in a tech-forward environment; experience with CRM tools or ad platforms is a significant plus.</li><li>Quality-First Approach: You understand that one well-qualified client is worth more than ten unqualified leads.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Incentives<ul><li>Competitive Base Salary: We offer a stable, industry-competitive base salary.</li><li>Performance Stability: Your base salary is guaranteed and is never affected by your monthly closing metrics.
