<div>The position is responsible for the planning, development, and execution of the company&rsquo;s marketing initiatives to drive business results. This position provides long- and short-term direction and oversight of activities and fosters a culture of ideation and business growth. It also drives performance by maximizing the use of current technologies, processes, and partnerships.
Responsiblities:<ul><li>
Lead and define and direct marketing initiatives to help attain short-term business and branding objectives and to implement long-term business strategy; help in the adoption of a customer-centric focus; identify and promote better customer experiences.</li><li>
Oversee the development, execution of creative marketing strategies to convert, engage and retain.</li><li>
Oversee the development and execution of the Amerant website, email marketing, brand management, creative direction, analytics, market research and all channel marketing, ensuring that these channels are used effectively to generate business and that all content is accurate, functional and reflects our brand image.</li><li>
Oversee the development, execution, and proper use of our brand identity, ensuring a consistent image across all communication &ndash; Brand Center.</li><li>
Design and coordinate promotional campaigns and other marketing efforts across channels &ndash;owned, earned, and shared.</li><li>
Maintain measures and components needed to monitor goals, objectives, and business plans.</li><li>
Generate and manage the marketing budget with measurable return on investment.</li><li>
Cultivate teamwork throughout the department.</li><li>
Analyze and negotiate contracts within area of responsibility.</li><li>
Ensure that standards for effectiveness, quality, federal and state regulatory compliance, budget and time frames are met throughout the production of all marketing projects and print materials.</li><li>
Evaluate, monitor, and report results for all marketing plans and promotional activities.</li><li>
Direct process of analyzing customer data to develop target marketing strategies.</li><li>
Direct the development of product mix and profitability goals.</li><li>
Manage evaluation of emerging technologies and delivery systems.</li><li>
Analyze demographic information for select groups and identifies appropriate business opportunities and implements specialized marketing.</li><li>
Communicate new marketing initiatives.</li><li>
Manage Marketing staff, provides direction, organization information and feedback, and evaluate employee performance on a regular basis. Recruits, hires, and develops staff within department.</li><li>
Ensure preventive measures are carried out to fully comply with current rules, regulations and internal policies relating to risks pertaining to BSA, USA Patriot Act, OFAC and other AML related issues.</li><li>
To identify, evaluate, monitor and make any recommendation deemed necessary to their respective Risk Management Committee in order to assess, reduce, eliminate or control any current or prospective risks to earnings or capital arising from violations of, or nonconformance with, laws, rules regulations, prescribed practices, internal policies and procedures or ethical standards.</li><li>
Other duties as required.</li></ul>
Minimum Education and/or Certifications Requirements: 
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields (required) with MBA (preferred).
Minimum Work Experience: 
A minimum of 10 years&rsquo; experience as a proven innovator with an exceptional track record of developing marketing, digital and brand strategies
Technical and/or Other Essential Knowledge: 
Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work effectively with coworkers at all levels of the organization. 
Expert knowledge of CMS systems, Salesforce CRM / Marketing Cloud systems, Google Analytics, A/B Testing platforms, Project management platforms like Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com 
Ability to handle multi-tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel/Powerpoint/Word).</div>
