Scope and Purpose:</b></p>
<p>
The Learning &amp; Development Program Senior Officer supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of executive education, corporate training, and professional development programs. The role focuses on managing training operations, coordinating stakeholders, supporting training delivery, and ensuring the effective execution of learning initiatives aligned with client and institutional requirements.</p>
<p>
The position plays a key role in ensuring high-quality program delivery, accurate documentation, and a positive learning experience for participants, trainers, and clients.</p><br>

<p><b>
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate the full operational cycle of learning and development programs, including nominations, scheduling, trainer coordination, venue preparation, and materials management.</li>
<li>Support the delivery of corporate and academic training programs by co-facilitating sessions and assisting trainers during workshops and seminars.</li>
<li>Assist in the preparation and customisation of training proposals, content outlines, presentations, and participant materials to meet client and organisational needs.</li>
<li>Cooperate with internal teams (academic, PR, design, finance, and operations) to ensure smooth program execution and adherence to institutional standards.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate training records, including attendance, evaluations, trainer deliverables, and post-program documentation, to support reporting and audit requirements.</li>
<li>Conduct post-training evaluation follow-ups, gather participant feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.</li>
<li>Coordinate communication with clients, participants, and trainers to ensure clarity, responsiveness, and professional service delivery.</li>
<li>Support outreach and business development activities by tracking leads, opportunities, and program-related data as required.</li>

<li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, training coordination, executive education, or a related role.</li>
<li>Experience within higher education or professional training environments is an advantage.</li>

growth of the Center&rsquo;s executive education and professional training portfolio through<br>
corporate engagement, strategic partnerships, and revenue-generating initiatives. The role<br>
focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships,<br>
overseeing corporate training contracts, and supporting the Center&rsquo;s engagement with<br>
governmental and private-sector organizations.</p><br>

The position plays a critical role in expanding the Center&rsquo;s market presence, supporting<br>
institutional revenue objectives, and ensuring the effective delivery of professional programs<br>
aligned with market needs.</p>
<p><b>
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and implement business development strategies to grow executive education and professional training programs.</li>
<li>Identify, pursue, and manage relationships with corporate, governmental, and institutional clients across multiple sectors.</li>
<li>Lead the end-to-end process of corporate training engagements, including needs assessment, proposal development, pricing, negotiation, and contract closure.</li>
<li>Manage and coordinate tender submissions, bids, and follow-ups in accordance with institutional and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Maintain and analyze CRM data to track leads, client interactions, campaign effectiveness, and sales performance.</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal academic, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful program delivery and client satisfaction.</li>
<li>Support partnerships with international accreditation and certification bodies to expand the Center&rsquo;s professional offerings.</li>
<li>Prepare periodic performance, pipeline, and revenue reports for senior management.</li>

<li>Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of institutional testing and assessment<br>
systems, ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant delivery of local and international<br>
examinations.</li>
<li>Coordinate large-scale testing events, certification programs, and assessment<br>
initiatives, including logistics, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and quality<br>
assurance.</li>
<li>Oversee the integration and optimisation of educational technologies used in testing,<br>
