ABOUT THE ROLE
 
Responsible for on time performance, order accuracy and maintaining and growing overall truck fleet while maintaining DOT compliance.Assist in growing the company’s hauler selection, DOT compliance, assure compliance with company policies, risk management, DOT and other regulatory requirements. Develop current customer base.
 
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
 
Act as customer contact for delivery inquiries and coordinate the sales order delivery process
 Manage incoming internal and external customer phone calls, exercising judgment within specification of standard practices.
 Ensure customer understands all relevant company policies including will calls, additional products ordered and driver responsibilities.
 Inform customer of warnings concerning product hazards, load limits, vehicle weights and limitations.
 Schedule workforce (drivers) on a daily basis with the intention of maximizing service and minimizing costs; manage drivers and monitor efficiencies throughout day.
 Review next day orders to ensure are correctly mapped, have accurate travel times, address and delivery
 instructions.
 Other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
 
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
 Additional Education Preferred: Associates degree
 Required Work Experience: 2-3 years of industry experience
 Required Technical Skills: Must have refined computer skills including the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the internet.
 
Additional Requirements: 
Ability to count and perform basic math, with or without a calculator
 Above average written and verbal communication skills (documentation, communication with peers, supervisors, etc)
 Professional telephone etiquette
 Skills: Short haul trucking background & phone solicitation skills
 Physical Requirements: Candidate must be able to sit for long periods
 Additionally, they must be able to use common office tools and technology, such as cell/office telephone, calculator, and other electronic devices. Must be able to use computerized equipment and highly sophisticated computerized devices
 Ability to work in a stressful, deadline oriented environment that requires complex, technical information and decision making. Must have a strong analytical orientation
 Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approve

ABOUT THE ROLE
 
Duro-Last Roofing, the world’s largest manufacturer of prefabricated roofing systems and a division of Amrize, has an opening for a Maintenance Technician at Tip Top Screw Manufacturing in Oscoda, Michigan. This is a 2nd shift (1:00 PM – 9:30 PM), full-time, hourly position with excellent benefits.
 
WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH
 
Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment.
 Operate a variety of hand and power tools to complete tasks as assigned.
 Troubleshoot and repair machinery.
 Maintain facility and associated equipment.
 Work with maintenance vendors.
 Keep work area in a clean and orderly condition.
 Complete and submit company purchase requisitions.
 Install equipment and electrical components and test to ensure proper functioning.
 Ensure all machinery follows federal, state, and company safety standards.
 
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
 
3-5 years industrial plant maintenance. Electrical experience is highly desired.
 Ability to read and interpret instructions and operations manuals and follow step-by-step instructions.
 Must have experience with Industrial Controls.
 Mechanically inclined, and able to perform physical labor, lifting & operating machinery
 Ability to read blueprints and experienced with fabrication.
 Excellent safety and attendance record.
 Must be able to work overtime when required.
 Self-motivated and be able to multi-task.
 High attention to detail and be exceptionally organized.
 Must have initiative and be able to work in a team and individually.

ABOUT THE ROLE
 
Duro-Last Roofing, the world’s largest manufacturer of prefabricated roofing systems, is seeking a Warranty & Service Administrator to join our team at our Company Headquarters in Saginaw, Michigan. We’re looking for a highly organized, customer-focused coordinator to support warranty processing, customer communication, and daily operations.
 
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate warranty documentation, coordinating service-related requests, and delivering exceptional support to both internal teams and external customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
 
This is a full-time, hourly position with eligibility for an additional safety bonus. The role reports to the Quality Assurance Administrative Supervisor.
 
WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH
 
Handle incoming phone calls, direct inquires appropriately, and resolve issues
 Support efficient day-to day operations
 Process inspection requests
 Conduct routine office tasks such as filing and scanning; processing letters, warranties, and emails
 Investigate missing information in company databases to ensure they are complete and accurate
 Create warranty records
 Create warranty transfer documents and process accordingly
 Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail to customers, building owners, contractors, and internal department
 Other duties as assigned

Education:

Required Work Experience:

ABOUT THE ROLE 
The Warranty Claims Supervisor is responsible for direct supervision of the team of Warranty Claims Investigators. The Supervisor oversees the dispatching of incoming Warranty Claims to the appropriate Investigator designated by assigned regions. The Warranty Claims Supervisor reports to the Warranty Claims Manager. 
WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL ACCOMPLISH
<ul><li>Directs and implements onboarding and training of Warranty Claims Investigators.</li>
<li>Manages moderate to high exposure claims directly throughout multiple regions as a floating Investigator as needed.</li>
<li>Oversees and maintain the active projects list of the department ensuring that Claims are updated regularly.</li>
<li>Acts as in house technical services resource for phone in questions by ﬁeld personnel as they arise.</li>
<li>Reviews monthly reports of overall activity and claims expenses to Warranty Claims Manager and Director of Warranty Services based on the project claim data, including pending and active claim expense reporting.</li>
<li>Review of work output of Claims Investigators including communications for grammar, clarity, tone, and company position regarding liability.</li>
<li>Manages a highly varied and busy work docket and balancing requirements and associated timing.</li>
<li>Work closely with the Warranty Services Leak response coordinators (WSC) in developing regional relationships with their adjacent Investigator to facilitate smooth communication and clarity of Holcim&rsquo;s position - Including training in knowledgeable review of contractor submitted repairs and photographs to determine proper liability.</li>
<li>Provides input for Performance Management of Investigators in gauging performance level for Review.</li>
<li>Develops reporting practices to track individual and team performance.</li>
<li>Interface with the law department in resolving escalated claims.</li>
<li>Interfacing with other departments including Technical Services, R&amp;D and Sales to streamline processes and ensure that the claims group is taking actions in the best interest of the company.</li>
<li>Manages moderate to highly escalated claims to mitigate expenses and meet budget goals.</li>
<li>Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas.</li>
<li>Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.</li> 
</ul> 
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
<ul><li>4 Year degree or 8+ years of experience in Roofing/Construction including claims resolutions and negotiations</li> 
</ul>Additional Requirements:
<ul><li>Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment (&quot;PPE&quot;), including but not limited to respirators.</li>
<li>Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit test.</li>
