AI Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Part-Time Odoo Implementer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the successful implementation and configuration of Odoo ERP modules for our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate client needs into effective Odoo solutions. You will work closely with clients to ensure a seamless and efficient transition to the Odoo platform. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Client Consultation: Gather and analyze client business requirements, current processes, and objectives to determine the best Odoo solution.</li><li>System Configuration: Configure and customize various Odoo modules (e.g., Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.) to meet client-specific needs without custom development where possible.</li><li>Implementation and Deployment: Assist in the end-to-end implementation process, including data migration, system testing, and go-live support.</li><li>User Training: Conduct training sessions and create user manuals to ensure clients and their teams can effectively use the new system.</li><li>Troubleshooting &amp; Support: Provide post-implementation support by addressing and resolving client issues, system requests, and minor bugs.</li><li>Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of the implementation process, system configurations, and any customizations.</li><li>Collaboration: Work with our internal team to ensure a smooth project flow and timely delivery.</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience as an Odoo Implementer</li><li>A strong understanding of Odoo's core modules and overall architecture.</li><li>Excellent business analysis skills to effectively gather and document client requirements.</li><li>Good knowledge of business processes, including accounting, sales, inventory, and human resources.</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.</li><li>Self-motivated, with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.</li><li>Odoo certification</li><li>A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timeExpected hours: 20 per weekEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Odoo: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>
