Prior experience in managing recruitment processes in Software Houses, IT Companies, Recruitment agencies, or any other similar entity is mandatory.Job Responsibilities include the following:<ul><li>Recruitment &amp; Staffing: Oversee the hiring process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, interviewing candidates, and onboarding.</li><li>Employee Relations: Manage relationships between employees and the organization, resolve conflicts, handle grievances, and ensure a positive work environment.</li><li>Compensation &amp; Benefits: Oversee salary structures, employee benefits (healthcare, retirement plans), compensation, and rewards programs.</li><li>Performance Management: Develop and implement performance evaluation systems, including feedback and goal-setting.</li><li>Training &amp; Development: Identify training needs and create programs for employee development.</li><li>Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including health and safety, labor laws, and equal opportunity policies.</li><li>Policy Development: Create and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and legal standards.</li><li>Talent Management: Build a talent strategy that supports long-term organizational goals.
