Job Description 
Explanation of the position are as follows: 
Hub Operations<ul><li>
Oversee all hub operations at assigned facility locations</li><li>
Ensure that hub facilities meet the standards agreed with the customer (protection protocols and security)</li><li>
Manage storage infrastructure for DDC fleet vehicles and accommodate APR vehicle needs</li></ul>
Vehicle Operations &amp; Fleet Coordination<ul><li>
Oversee vehicle reception at designated hub facilities and coordinate vehicle set up upon receipt.</li><li>
Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules and minor inspection checks</li><li>
Oversee implementation of required vehicle system updates and software as per customer requests.</li><li>
Monitor vehicle uptime and address maintenance needs promptly</li></ul>
Route Planning &amp; Optimization<ul><li>
Plan routes to maximize data collection effectiveness under varying conditions (time frames, directions, weather)</li><li>
Continuously optimize routes based on performance data and collection targets</li></ul>
Team Support<ul><li>
Support completion of Dursuite</li><li>
Completion of driver&rsquo;s hours control sheet</li><li>
Completion of driving sheets</li><li>
Assign daily shifts and support dispatch operations (multiple shifts per day, 7 days/week)</li><li>
Monitor personnel performance and conduct evaluations (Samsara tool)</li><li>
Support execution of training and onboarding for new team members</li><li>
Ensure all assigned personnel meet technical and professional qualifications</li><li>
Handle conflict resolution and maintain positive team morale</li></ul>
Data Handling &amp; Quality Assurance<ul><li>
Orchestrate and monitor data handling operations in accordance with client specifications</li><li>
Manage collection and secure transportation of recorded data storage media</li><li>
Monitor daily data collection progress against monthly targets</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
Job Functions:<ul><li>
Provide regular reporting to Project Managers on operational status</li><li>
Identify operational issues and work proactively to resolve them</li><li>
Report any discrepancies in operations or deviations from plan</li><li>
Compile daily and weekly performance metrics</li><li>
Interface with IDIADA senior management and client stakeholders as needed</li></ul>

HUB Coordinator

<div>Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Procurement Engineer to manage and execute procurement activities for projects within construction-related sectors. The role requires strong technical understanding of materials and services, ensuring timely procurement in line with project specifications, budgets, and company procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience in relevant industries and be capable of working within fast-paced project environments.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Manage the full procurement cycle including sourcing, RFQs, bid analysis, negotiations, and purchase order issuance.
</li><li>Review technical specifications and coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate material and service requirements.
</li><li>Identify and evaluate suppliers, contractors, and service providers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
</li><li>Prepare and analyze comparison sheets to support vendor selection and procurement decisions.
</li><li>Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors to achieve cost efficiency.
</li><li>Ensure timely procurement of materials and services to meet project timelines.
</li><li>Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure proper delivery and handling of materials.
</li><li>Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to delays, quality, or compliance.
</li><li>Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and project requirements.
</li><li>Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation within ERP systems.
</li><li>Work closely with finance teams regarding invoicing, payments, and budget tracking.
</li><li>Support continuous improvement of procurement processes and supplier management.
</li></ul>Industry Background (Preferred):
Candidates should have experience in one or more of the following sectors:<ul><li>
Construction (excluding pure civil works)
</li><li>Oil &amp; Gas service providers / construction
</li><li>Water sector service providers / construction
</li><li>Electro-mechanical services / maintenance
</li><li>Industrial services providers
</li>Testing and inspection service providers 
<li>
</li></ul> 
 
Requirements 
<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering or a related field.
</li><li>Maximum of 5 years of experience in procurement (other experience will not be considered).
</li><li>Previous experience specifically as a Procurement Engineer.</li><li>
Experience within relevant industries as listed above.
</li><li>Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
</li><li>Familiarity with ERP procurement systems such as SAP or similar platforms.
</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills.
</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
</li><li>Notice period: 30 days or less.</li></ul></div>
