Key Responsibilities:WordPress Management &amp; Optimization:<ul><li>Manage and maintain the company&rsquo;s official website, ensuring all content, links, and functionalities remain updated and error-free.</li><li>Customize existing WordPress themes, plugins, and layouts to align with brand identity.</li><li>Optimize website speed, responsiveness, and user experience across all devices.</li><li>Regularly update service pages, blog sections, and other content in coordination with the marketing and compliance teams.</li><li>Ensure data security, routine backups, and smooth website performance at all times.</li><li>Implement tracking codes, lead forms, and analytics integrations for marketing campaigns.</li></ul>SEO Strategy &amp; Execution:<ul><li>Plan and execute comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies for the company website.</li><li>Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits to identify opportunities for growth.</li><li>Optimize web pages, metadata, internal linking, headings, and content for target keywords.</li><li>Manage Google Business Profile, Search Console, and Analytics for performance tracking.</li><li>Develop high-quality backlinks through ethical outreach and content partnerships.</li><li>Monitor SEO performance reports, traffic growth, and lead conversion metrics.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and ranking factors.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li>1+ year of experience managing a corporate or business website using WordPress.</li><li>Solid understanding of technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building strategies.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Search Console.</li><li>Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website speed optimization tools.</li><li>Strong analytical and reporting abilities.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary package.</li><li>Growth-oriented and collaborative work environment.</li><li>Opportunity to lead digital marketing initiatives for an international brand.</li><li>Training and skill development opportunities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per monthWork Location: In personApplication Deadline: 27/10/2025
