Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Recordkeeping<ul><li>Maintain accurate and timely financial records in accordance with company policies and statutory regulations.</li><li>Record all daily financial transactions, including branch-wise student signups, tuition fee receipts, B2B transactions, and partner university payments.</li></ul>Accounts Payable &amp; Receivable<ul><li>Monitor and manage receivables from students, partners, and institutions.</li><li>Process timely payments to universities, service vendors, and other external stakeholders.</li><li>Track outstanding invoices and ensure prompt follow-ups.</li></ul>Bank Reconciliation<ul><li>Reconcile multiple company bank accounts regularly.</li><li>Monitor international wire transfers and manage currency conversions for overseas payments.</li></ul>Budgeting &amp; Forecasting<ul><li>Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets.</li><li>Analyze budget performance and report variances with financial insights.</li></ul>Financial Reporting<ul><li>Generate periodic financial statements (P&amp;L, balance sheet, cash flow).</li><li>Provide meaningful financial reports and recommendations for senior management.</li></ul>Taxation &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).</li><li>Prepare and file tax returns and coordinate with auditors and authorities.</li></ul>Payroll Management<ul><li>Manage monthly payroll, including salaries, commissions, and statutory deductions.</li><li>Maintain records of reimbursements and employee-related expenses.</li></ul>Client Financial Support<ul><li>Assist clients and students with international fee payments and guidance.</li><li>Support visa applications with required financial documents.</li></ul>Audit Coordination<ul><li>Work closely with auditors during internal and external audits.</li><li>Ensure availability and accuracy of financial records and documents.</li></ul>System &amp; Software Management<ul><li>Proficiently manage accounting software including Xero (preferred), QuickBooks, and MS Excel.</li><li>Ensure data accuracy, backup, and system security.</li></ul>Candidate Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li><li>Minimum 1.5 years of accounting experience, preferably with international exposure or with a foreign company.</li><li>Strong command of Xero accounting software QuickBooks, Excel, and financial systems.</li><li>Knowledge of other platforms like</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple departments and locations.</li><li>Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy and accountability.</li><li>Understanding of international education or migration processes is a plus.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>Opportunities for professional development and learning</li><li>Supportive and multicultural team environment</li><li>Exposure to global finance and international transactions</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time Contractual Basis Timings: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PMJob Type: Full-timePay: From Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
