Job Title: MEP Technician (Electrical / AC / Plumbing) Company: Aqua Bridge Holding Location: KISR Hatchery, Kuwait Salary: KWD equivalent of AED 2,500 &ndash; 3,000Job Purpose:To carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical, electrical, air conditioning, and plumbing systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of all hatchery facilities.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment</li><li>Perform maintenance of HVAC (air conditioning) systems</li><li>Handle plumbing systems, including pipelines, pumps, and fixtures</li><li>Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical faults promptly</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures</li><li>Maintain maintenance logs and service records</li><li>Support operations team in maintaining uninterrupted facility services</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma or certification in Electrical / Mechanical / MEP field</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in MEP maintenance</li><li>Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems</li><li>Experience in industrial or hatchery/aquaculture environment is an advantage</li><li>Ability to read technical drawings and manuals</li><li>Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience working in remote site environments</li><li>Familiarity with safety regulations and maintenance standards</li><li>Basic communication skills in English</li></ul>Pay: KD210.000 - KD252.000 per monthWork Location: In person

The role ensures continuous and efficient operation of all MEP systems while maintaining compliance with company standards and safety regulations.Key Responsibilities:1. Electrical Systems<ul><li>Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, panels, equipment, and control systems.</li><li>Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults, ensuring safe and timely resolution.</li><li>Conduct routine inspections and testing to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.</li></ul>2. HVAC / Air Conditioning Systems<ul><li>Install, service, and maintain split, package, and central air conditioning units.</li><li>Identify and repair faults in refrigeration and cooling systems.</li><li>Perform routine cleaning and replacement of filters, compressors, and condensers to ensure optimal performance.</li></ul>3. Plumbing Systems<ul><li>Install and maintain water supply, drainage, and sanitation systems.</li><li>Repair leaks, blockages, and other plumbing issues efficiently.</li><li>Ensure proper operation of pumps, valves, and piping networks.</li></ul>4. Mechanical &amp; General Maintenance<ul><li>Conduct regular inspections and servicing of mechanical equipment.</li><li>Support installation and commissioning of MEP systems for new or upgraded hatchery facilities.</li><li>Ensure all maintenance activities are performed safely, efficiently, and in line with company policies.</li></ul>5. Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain accurate maintenance logs, checklists, and service reports.</li><li>Report major faults, breakdowns, or risks to the supervisor promptly.</li><li>Assist in inventory control by tracking and reporting spare parts and materials usage.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or Plumbing Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in MEP maintenance, preferably in hatchery, aquaculture, or industrial facilities.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.</li><li>Good communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.</li><li>Familiarity with safety standards and maintenance best practices.</li></ul>Key Competencies:<ul><li>Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving</li><li>Preventive and corrective maintenance expertise</li><li>Time management and attention to detail</li><li>Safety awareness and compliance</li><li>Teamwork and adaptability</li></ul>Job Type:Full-TimePay: ﷼2,000.00 - ﷼3,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
