Analyze industry and demand trends and support senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies</i></li><li><i>
Provide visible, high-energy service. Demonstrate a positive attitude, excellent guest service skills and be a team player.</i></li><li><i>
Know and comply with all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, emergencies and energy</i></li><li><i>

Qualifications</b></h2></div><div><ul><li><i>
Bachelor?s degree in business administration, supply chain management or a similar field preferred.</i></li><li><i>
Proven work experience as a Procurement Specialist or similar role</i></li><li><i>
Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies</i></li><li><i>
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills</i></li><li><i>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and with business application software, purchasing and resource planning systems</i></li><li><i>
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills</i></li><li><i>
Must be computer literate; proficiency with Power Point.</i></li><li><i>
Must be highly organized and have great attention to detail.</i></li><li><i>
Experience with SAP and/or Ariba desirable.</i></li><li><i>

The Assistant Human Resources Manager - SAP Center, is responsible for providing support to the Human Resources Manager in all HR-related functions. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations, providing expert guidance on HR policies and procedures, and contributing to the overall success of the HR department and promoting positive employee relations.</p><p><b>
COMPENSATION: </b>The salary range for this position is $77,000 to $80,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.?</p><p><b>

Communication &amp; Culture: assist the Human Resources Manager in building and maintaining open channels for communication and feedback for employees.</li><li>
Policy and Fairness: Ensure consistent, equitable application of company policies and practices, and the collective bargaining agreements.</li><li>
Conflict Resolution: Investigate and address disagreements in a timely, constructive and impartial manner.</li><li>
Tier 1 Help: assist employees with resolving workplace questions by addressing them yourself or partnering with specialists.</li></ul></li><li>
Workforce Planning.<br>

Partner with department managers to determine seasonal staffing needs.</li></ul></div></li></ul></li><li>
Talent Acquisition:<ul><li>
Recruiting: partner with department heads to open and manage hourly employee requisitions.</li><li>
Staffing: assist managers with sending offers and hiring talent in HRIS.</li><li>
Onboarding: facilitate new hire orientation.</li></ul></li><li>
Compensation and Benefits:<ul><li>
Assist site managers with processing and administering leave benefits for qualifying employees.</li></ul></li><li>
Compliance and Safety:<ul><li>
Assist the Human Resources Manager with ensuring employee certification records and policy acknowledgements are complete and current.</li><li>
Manage employee records with integrity, ensuring they are accurate, secure and complete.</li></ul></li><li>
Assist HR manager in overseeing HR coordinator and uniform team</li><li>
Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p>

Qualifications</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>
2 + years of experience in employee relations or related experience</li><li>
Bachelor?s degree in HR, or related field or relevant equitable experience.</li></ul><ul><li>
The ability to work onsite.</li><li>
Must be able to work a flexible event driven schedule which frequently includes evenings, nights, weekends and/or holidays.</li><li>
SHRM-CP or PHR certification, preferred</li><li>
Experience as an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or similar role</li><li>
Ability to communicate, written and verbal; clearly, concisely, tactfully, and diplomatically in English; additional languages a plus.</li><li>
Ability to influence others on policies, practices, and procedure</li><li>
Ability to understand and maintain compliance with relevant federal, state and local employment laws</li><li>
Ability to handle sensitive and highly personal information daily and maintain confidentiality</li><li>
