Responsibilities:
<p>
The Sponsor conducts technical analysis and provides guidance on projects from all disciplines to include assessments and consultations with various stakeholders and government entities. The Sponsor maintains technical project knowledge of all geographic areas and provides evaluations with regional project leads upon request. The Sponsor leverages technical knowledge combined with subject matter expertise to conduct these activities in support of its corporate office and stakeholders.</p><p>
The position consists of, but is not limited to, the following:</p><br>

Translate business requirements into technical solutions and develop CONOPS by engaging with partners to understand and anticipate changing needs and requirements</li><li>
Assess emerging technologies and perform technical trade studies/analyses</li><li>
Finesse large amounts of data into manageable interfaces</li><li>
Communicate effectively across the Sponsor's organization</li><li>
Develop data models, diagrams, flowcharts, and other system engineering-related documentation to solve problems, identify improvements, create standards, and facilitate cross-organizational collaboration</li><li>
Leverage multiple data management tools such as link analysis to organize relevant information and make decisions</li><li>
Apply an agile approach to software development consistent with the Sponsor's project management and software development frameworks, with a focus on demonstrating and delivering releasable software</li><li>
Create dashboards and other interactive methods for users to interact with data</li><li>
Perform data analysis, including descriptive statistics on datasets</li><li>
Provide Operations and Maintenance (O&amp;M) and content management support for the Sponsor's internal risk management framework</li><li>
As needed, perform tasks such as DTOs, SOPs, and supporting accreditation</li></ul><p><b>
All personnel coming into the organization undergo an additional security review that can take anywhere from 7 business days to 60+ days.</b></p>
Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><b>
Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph</b></li><li>
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field with 10-12 years of relevant experience (MS 8-10, PhD 5-7) with at least 3 years&rsquo; supporting the Sponsor</li><li>
Demonstrated experience analyzing structured and unstructured data, ETL pipelines, and how they relate to data flows</li><li>
Demonstrated experience with graph database technologies. Neo4j experience preferred</li><li>
Demonstrated experience with cloud infrastructure within a highly secure environment</li><li>
Expertise with databases and data warehouse technologies such as SQL DBs, NoSQL DBs, and other storage options such as Hadoop SE</li><li>
Demonstrated experience developing and implementing logical workflows for complex decision matrices</li><li>
Demonstrated experience with time management and working on multiple initiatives</li><li>
Demonstrated experience evaluating and developing strategies to solve complex system engineering challenges in a cross-organizational environment</li><li>
Demonstrated experience with Agile frameworks</li><li>
Demonstrated experience processing and integrating large amounts of data in an organized and comprehensible manner</li><li>
Demonstrated experience identifying and validating requirements from user stories and engagement</li><li>
Demonstrated experience in full-stack development and/or programming in Cypher Query Language or more languages</li><li>
