Job Opportunity: Experienced Travel Sales &amp; Ticketing Agents (Lahore Office)Salary: Rs 35,000 &ndash; Rs 150,000 per month Location: Lahore Job Type: Full-time &mdash; Permanent &amp; Career-Oriented RoleA well-reputed UK-based Travel Agency is expanding its team in Lahore and is looking for experienced Flight Booking &amp; Sales Agents for our call centre.We are specifically seeking candidates with experience working in UK, US, or Canada-based travel agencies.Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum Intermediate (Inter) education.</li><li>6 months to 1+ year of experience in an English call center&mdash;preferably travel industry campaigns (UK/US/Canada).</li><li>Excellent English communication skills.</li><li>Strong sales mindset and ability to handle customers confidently.</li><li>Must be a team player with a professional attitude.</li><li>Hands-on experience with flight bookings, ticketing, re-issuance, cancellations is highly preferred.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Attend inbound calls for flight inquiries from UK/US/Canada customers.</li><li>Provide best flight options at competitive prices.</li><li>Reserve, issue, reissue, and cancel tickets professionally.</li><li>Manage refunds, date changes, and customer support.</li><li>Deliver exceptional service to build long-term clients.</li></ul>Note:This is a permanent and stable career opportunity, not a temporary call center job.
