Senior Software Developer

Act as an Account Liaison for commercial teams with various commercial teams to handle day-to-day incoming requests to identify and protect the company's interest.</li>
<li>Draft, review, edit and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including vendor contracts, customer agreements, and licensing agreements.</li>

<div>The CPaaS Sales Executive is responsible for new customer acquisition by proactively generating leads, opening doors, and building a strong enterprise pipeline. The role focuses on hunting, leveraging personal and professional networks, direct outreach, and face-to-face engagement to onboard new customers across targeted industries.
1. Lead Generation &amp; Prospecting (Core Function)<ul>

Actively generate new leads through cold calling, cold visits, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and personal contacts.</li>
<li>Leverage existing relationships and industry connections to open new accounts.</li>
<li>Identify and approach decision-makers (CX, IT, Digital, Marketing, Operations).</li>
<li>Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.</li>

2. Door Knocking &amp; Field Sales<ul>

3. Solution Selling &amp; Use Case Mapping<ul>

Understand customer pain points and map them to CPaaS use cases (SMS, WhatsApp, Voice, OTP, Chatbots, Campaigns).</li>
<li>Work with presales and product teams to propose tailored solutions.</li>
<li>Prepare and deliver presentations, demos, and proposals.</li>
</ul>
4. Sales Cycle Management
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting qualification proposal negotiation<ul><li> closing.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate sales data and forecasts in CRM.</li>
<li>Ensure smooth handover to delivery and account management teams after deal closure.</li>
</ul>
5. Market &amp; Competitive Intelligence<ul>
<li>
Monitor competitors, pricing models, and customer buying behavior.</li>
<li>Share market insights with sales and product teams.</li>

<li>Experience selling into Retail, FMCG, Logistics, or Consumer-facing businesses
