 QUALIFICATIONS
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in related University preferably engineering department
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional experience in product management and market research/studies
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactive and independent working style with a high degree of customer orientation combined with strong organizational and teamwork skills
 </li>
 <li>
 A strong awareness of quality, resilience, reliability and flexibility are part of your work attitude
 </li>
 <li>
 Structured, goal-oriented and independent way of working
 </li>
 <li>
 Passion for mobility trends, tools &amp; innovations
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong presentation, inter-personal and report writing skills, commercial awareness and project management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent English
 </li>

 JOB PURPOSE
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop a customer value proposition based on identified customer segments and distribution channels that links our products, services, proposals, and customer experience to create a competitive advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand market competitiveness, evolving trends, and new technologies, and find creative ways to make our products market leaders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Influence Sales in the promotion and development of products, services, and proposals, which also enhance the customer experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Be an active member of ARVAL communities, build close relationships with peers in the Arval Group
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 RESPONSIBILITIES
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ownership of complete product strategy: definition, implementation, go-to-market, life cycle
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for monitoring and analyzing product performance and taking proactive steps to address gaps or take advantage of opportunities and continuously improve products
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare monthly product report
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish objectives and monitor business and customer results for each product (using a dashboard approach)
 </li>
 <li>
 Launch product campaings
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare monthly market data reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct product based market research and competition analysis
 </li>
 <li>
 Comply with internal procedures, regulations and policies of Arval group in terms of new activities, TAC/NAC.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate and train teams on products
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and keep up to date TEB ARVAL product &amp; services catalogue
 </li>
