Senior Design / Technical Architect (Egypt) - 100% (m/f)
The Ideal Candidate will have: 1- A strong architectural background with proven experience leading design and technical delivery across medium to large&#8208;scale projects. 2- Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM workflows, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams. 3- The ability to translate conceptual ideas into detailed, buildable technical solutions while ensuring compliance with international codes, local regulations, and project standards. 4- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving design issues, clashes, and site-related challenges. 5-Demonstrated experience preparing and reviewing drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and tender packages with strong attention to detail and quality. 6- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout all design stages. 7- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior architects, manage design timelines, and ensure high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines. 8- A collaborative mindset, adaptability, and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced project environments. 
Responsibilities<ul><li>
 Lead the development of architectural concepts, design strategies, and technical solutions across all project stages, from concept to IFC</li><li>
 Produce and review detailed architectural drawings, specifications, schedules, and technical documentation to ensure accuracy, constructability, and compliance with codes and standards</li><li>
 Coordinate effectively with structural, MEP, landscape, ID, and other disciplines to ensure integrated and clash-free design packages</li><li>
 Conduct technical reviews of shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, and design change requests, ensuring alignment with project requirements</li><li>
Manage design progress, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality output</li><li>
Lead value-engineering initiatives and provide practical technical recommendations to optimize cost, performance, and constructability</li><li>
Serve as a key point of contact with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities to communicate design intent, resolve issues, and support approvals</li><li>
Supervise, mentor, and guide junior architects and drafting teams to enhance productivity and technical competency</li><li>
Oversee BIM coordination activities, participate in design workshops, and ensure adherence to BIM Execution Plans and project standards</li><li>
Conduct site visits, inspections, and technical assessments to verify design implementation and address challenges during construction</li><li>
Support QA/QC processes by enforcing design quality standards and performing thorough checks before submissions.</li></ul>

Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from an accredited institution.</li><li>
8+ years of experience in architectural design and technical delivery, preferably on large-scale mixed-use, residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.</li><li>
Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM workflows, Navisworks, and coordination platforms such as ACC or BIM 360.</li><li>
Solid understanding of international codes (IBC, NFPA) and regional standards (GCC, UAE, KSA, etc...).</li><li>
Proven experience preparing detailed design packages (DD, IFC), shop drawings, specifications, and technical reports.</li><li>
Familiarity with clash detection, model auditing, and multi-disciplinary coordination.</li><li>
Certifications such as LEED GA/AP, PMP, or BIM-related credentials are an advantage..</li></ul>

Senior Electrical Engineer (Egypt) - 100% (m/f)
The ideal candidate shall have significant experience (7+ years) in Electrical Design Engineering for medium and low voltage power systems, as well as ELV, ICT, and low-current systems, with a strong emphasis on leading complex projects. Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and mechanical experience will be considered an advantage. 
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Carry out and prepare electrical, telecommunication, ICT, and ELV design works for buildings, infrastructure, retail, landscape, and utility projects, including but not limited to lighting, power (MV &amp; LV), HVAC power, structured cabling, CCTV, public address, access control, fire alarm, lightning protection, earthing systems, and cable routing (plans, SLDs, and details).</li><li>
Prepare all necessary calculation sheets, including voltage drop, short circuit, illumination (lux), generator sizing, load estimation, transformer sizing, and load schedules.</li><li>
Ensure all designs, drawings, and documents comply with current codes, standards, and project specifications.</li><li>
Manage the design process from the conceptual stage through detailed design to final construction documentation, including BOQs, tender packages, and technical specifications.</li><li>
Lead and mentor junior electrical engineers, providing technical guidance, reviewing their work, and ensuring deliverables meet project quality standards and deadlines.</li><li>
Coordinate and follow up on project data and reports with other disciplines and departments to ensure full design integration.</li><li>
Ensure design deliverables are prepared accurately, efficiently, and within the required timelines. Review and respond to RFIs (Requests for Information) in a professional and timely manner.</li><li>
Conduct Value Engineering (VE) studies to optimize electrical, ICT, and ELV designs for cost-effectiveness, performance, and safety.</li><li>
Review all electrical, ICT, and ELV design works (buildings, infrastructure, retail, landscape, etc.) prepared by outsourced consultants to ensure compliance with project and client requirements.</li><li>
Prepare all tendering and award documentation required for project procurement and contractor selection.</li><li>
Coordinate with other discipline engineers during layout reviews, design reviews, technical workshops, and 3D/BIM model sessions.</li></ul>

Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.</li><li>
Fully understands and utilizes the capabilities, applications, and operations of computer software associated with design assignments, such as and not limited to (ETAP, ECODIAL, Dailux, Dailux Evo, etc).</li><li>
Design and Co-ordination skills.</li><li>
Ability to work in team-oriented environment.</li><li>
Computer Skills (Microsoft office, REVIT MEP &quot;BIM Modelling&quot;, Auto-CAD, etc.).</li><li>
Knowledge in BMS, SCADA and PLC will be an added advantage.</li><li>
High level of Communication with Internal and External Parties.</li></ul>

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in railway track and alignment design, with hands-on experience using Bentley OpenRail Designer and a solid understanding of multidisciplinary project coordination. 
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Lead and deliver designs for railway tracks and alignments, covering all phases from preliminary engineering to detailed design.</li><li>
Provide technical expertise in compliance with local and international railway construction standards, codes, and regulations.</li><li>
Coordinate with CAD drafters and collaborate with other disciplines, including drainage &amp; hydrology, structures, utilities, and roads.</li><li>
Support and mentor junior team members to develop their technical capabilities.</li><li>
Prepare and review technical reports and design outputs in line with ARX's internal quality standards and control procedures.</li><li>
Provide inputs to Bill of Quantities related to track and earthworks components.</li></ul>

Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.</li><li>
5+ years of experience in railway track alignment design.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of Bentley OpenRail Designer; knowledge of Civil 3D is desirable but not essential.</li><li>
Proven ability to manage design quality and coordinate across multiple disciplines.</li><li>
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English.</li><li>
Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and perform in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Previous Middle East experience is an advantage but not mandatory.</li></ul>

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape design and technical delivery, with the ability to integrate aesthetic vision, environmental sustainability, and constructability. They will demonstrate solid experience in developing landscape concept and detailed design packages, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and understanding of site implementation requirements. 
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Develop landscape design concepts, detailed design, and construction documentation in alignment with project requirements and design intent.</li><li>
Prepare masterplans, planting layouts, hardscape details, irrigation layouts, and material specifications.</li><li>
Coordinate landscape design with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to ensure fully integrated project delivery.</li><li>
Conduct site analysis including climate, topography, vegetation, and environmental factors to inform design decisions.</li><li>
Participate in value engineering and design review processes to enhance project efficiency and quality.</li><li>
Support BIM-based landscape modeling and collaborate with BIM teams for coordination and documentation.</li><li>
Prepare tender drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications for landscape works. Review and comment on shop drawings, material submittals, and contractor proposals for compliance with design intent.</li><li>

Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM coordination workflows.</li><li>
Strong design and visualization skills using SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).</li><li>
