 The Service Technician has the responsibility of understanding and completing routine repairs necessary for the repair of customer vehicles. This individual will perform general repairs and diagnosis with some assistance. These repairs include but are not limited to light engine work, transmissions, clutches, drive shafts, electrical systems (starters and alternators) HVAC systems, steering & suspension systems. This individual will have a majority of their manufacture certifications.

<li>Make accurate use of the multi-point inspection form on each vehicle</li>
<li>Document all work performed and recommended on assigned repair order</li>
<li>Communicate with service advisor when additional work is needed or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time</li>
<li>Maintain technician proficiency as specified by Asbury standards</li>
<li>Conduct road test to determine work needed and to confirm work was successfully completed when necessary and practical</li>
<li>Perform all levels of diagnosis and repair on vehicles</li>
<li>Perform all levels of preventive/routine maintenance services</li>
<li>Utilize product and technical training as assigned by the manufacturer and management</li>
<li>Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs and schools to continuously expand your knowledge of new technology</li>
<li>Maintain manufacturer (CSI) Customer Satisfaction Index at or above the Asbury specified goal(s) in service for district, regional and national scores</li>
<li>Complete the work, notations and time-keeping necessary to the successful completion of warranty repair orders and the filing of warranty claims</li>
<li>Report to management any situation or condition that would jeopardize the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its customers or employees</li>
<li>Take care to ensure that customer’s vehicles are returned to them as clean as they were prior to being serviced</li>
<li>Understand and complete required training for compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.</li>
<li>Comply with all federal, state and local laws, as well as company policy, regarding safeguarding all customer vehicles, property and information</li>
<li>ASE certifications heavily preferred</li>

Summary: 
Asbury Automotive is in need of a skilled graphic designer to create and execute high-level graphic design for our clients. The Payroll Support Specialist II is responsible for assisting our Payroll Team and Operations Team across all Platforms to ensure accurate and timely processing of various payroll functions for all associates. This includes working with dealership personnel to validate that payroll information is correct in our Time Management System, all tickets are answered in a timely manner in our Solar Winds system and provide excellent support to all team members in our dealerships on company policy and procedures to ensure all data and processing is compliant with key controls.

Overview/Job Summary
 The IT Support Tier I Technician is responsible for providing IT end user support and software, hardware and network assistance. Relies on experience and judgment as well as pre-established Policies, Processes and Procedures to identify, research and resolve technical problems presented through Level I, II and III IT Help Desk tickets. Possesses a strong generalist, IT technical skill set.
 Duties/Responsibilities
 Troubleshoots and resolves trouble tickets related to provisioning with all applications
 Triages Level II and Level III Incident and Service Request tickets
 Troubleshoots and resolves incident tickets related to technical difficulties with hardware, software, and the network
 Documents, tracks and monitors incidents and Service requests to ensure a timely resolution
 Resolves Level I incident and service request tickets
 Validates with internal customers the incident or service request has been resolved and update the ITSM ticketing system
 Interface effectively with IT infrastructure, security, applications management, database and government personnel
 Communicates effectively with IT team and dealership personnel
 Actively contribute to IT Continual Service Improvement efforts
 Ability to complete multiple simultaneous project and support tasks in a timely manner
 Resolves access issues in accordance with policy
 Collaborates with IT to resolve access/setup standard profiles
 Verifies issue resolution on the customer’s behalf
 Verifies with the customer that the issue has been resolved and update the ticketing system
 Interfaces with IT Tier I and II personnel
 Communicates progress and issues in a timely manner
 Actively contributes to ongoing process improvement
 Performs other related duties to benefit the mission/vision of the organization
 Education & Experience
 Strong communication, time management, organization, interpersonal skills
 Strong analytical, problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills
 5+ Years IT customer support/help desk experience
 Working Knowledge of ITIL v3 Foundations Methodology
 Working knowledge of MS operating systems and applications
 Cisco Call Manager experience a plus
 Automotive Software experience a plus
