About the Role

We are seeking an Operator 3, Bakery&ndash;Warehouse to join our team at our Van Nuys, CA bakery. As an Operator 3 in Warehouse Operations, you will be accountable for ensuring accurate inventory movement, safe forklift operation, and efficient flow of ingredients, packaging, and finished goods throughout the facility. This role is essential for maintaining warehouse accuracy, supporting production, and ensuring timely shipments. 


Shift &amp; Schedule

<li>Hours: 3:00PM &ndash; 11:30PM</li>
<li>Weekend availability: Required</li></ul>

Core Accountabilities (What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing)
<ul>
<li>Manage accurate receiving, storage, inventory, and shipment of ingredients, packaging, and finished goods using SAP</li>
<li>Operate forklifts safely to move, load, unload, and stage materials in accordance with warehouse standards</li>
<li>Support order fulfillment by preparing, picking, and staging customer orders for shipment</li>
<li>Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and ensure proper rotation of materials using FIFO</li>
<li>Coordinate inventory storage locations, warehouse organization, and freezer/cooler placements</li>
<li>Communicate equipment issues, safety risks, or quality concerns to supervisors promptly</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and GMP‑compliant work environment</li></ul> 


Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or GED</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years of related manufacturing or warehouse experience (or equivalent training)</li>
<li>Valid forklift license; strong understanding of safe forklift operation&rsquo;</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret schedules, safety regulations, and operating instructions</li>
<li>Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)</li>
<li>Ability to lift, move, or palletize materials safely in a cold/frozen warehouse environment</li>
<li>Ability to complete documentation in English clearly and accurately</li></ul> 


Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)

<li>Experience using SAP or inventory control software</li>
<li>Prior experience in food manufacturing or GMP‑regulated environments</li>

About the Role

We are seeking a Mixing Operator II to join our team at our Van Nuys, CA bakery. As a Mixing Operator II, you will be accountable for accurately preparing and mixing ingredients according to recipe specifications, ensuring dough achieves required texture and temperature targets. You will support efficient production by monitoring dough flow to downstream equipment, maintaining ingredient inventory, and upholding food‑safety, quality, and sanitation standards.

<li>Monitor dough temperature, texture, and development to meet product specifications</li>
<li>Maintain ingredient inventory, refrigerated storage standards, and incorporate rework per specification</li>
<li>Support dough flow by monitoring Rheon Line capacity and communicating adjustments as needed</li>
<li>Maintain accurate documentation, including mixing records, weights, and SAP data entry</li>
<li>Ensure clean, organized, and food‑safe mixing, cooler, and ingredient staging areas</li>
<li>Uphold GMP, HACCP, allergen, and food‑safety requirements and report concerns promptly</li></ul> 


Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

<li>High School Diploma or GED preferred</li>
<li>Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks</li>
<li>At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment</li>
<li>Ability to read, write, and accurately complete documentation in English</li>
<li>Ability to stand for extended periods and work in temperature‑controlled areas</li>
<li>Ability to follow verbal and written instructions consistently</li></ul>

About the Role

We are seeking a General Labor team member to join our Swedesboro, NJ bakery. As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for forming units to product specifications, slicing product tops, aligning product entering the oven, and monitoring quality throughout the production process. You will also maintain sanitary conditions in all assigned areas to meet safety and GMP standards.

<li>Set up and maintain line equipment in the filling room.</li>
<li>Perform visual product inspections and regrades.</li>
<li>Communicate with team members to ensure process continuity and quality standards.</li>
<li>Maintain adequate stock of raw materials on the line.</li>
<li>Perform basic cleaning and sanitation of line equipment.</li>
<li>Enter inventory data into the warehouse management system as required.</li>
<li>Perform manual lifting and adhere to all health and safety requirements.</li>
<li>Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards on the production floor.</li>
<li>Complete additional tasks as assigned.</li></ul>

<li>Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and make minor equipment adjustments preferred.</li>
