Campground Admin Asst

<div>This Housekeeper will be responsible for cleaning assigned areas of the property so that property is maintained in a clean, sanitary comfortable, orderly and satisfying condition for thethe spread of unsanitary conditions and odors. Housekeeper may be required to perform tasks which involve following the required procedures for handling, cleaning, disposing, or moving of objects/materials and/or the clean-up of assigned areas of facility.

Position Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Operates various cleaning equipment, such as vacuums, polishers, buffers, etc.</li>
<li>Maintains facility in a clean and sanitary condition through washing, cleaning, and replacement of equipment and furnishings.</li>

Community Association Manager

<div>The Construction Project Buyer is responsible for overseeing the procurement and sourcing of materials, equipment, and services necessary for construction projects. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of resources, maintaining supplier relationships, and contributing to the overall success of construction projects. Vendor Onboarding:

Purchasing and Vendor Coordination:

</li><li>Ensure completion of all service repairs and hold vendors accountable for results.
</li><li>Collaborate with Project team on warrantable and non-warrantable construction items and associated warranty expiration dates.

Emergency On Call Rotation:

<li>LHR has a 3rd party emergency call service which Associa communities can contact in the case of an emergency. LHR employees take monthly rotations to be on-call 24/7 to respond to emergency messages.</li>
<li>Manage the emergency call system and communicate LHR's monthly rotation changes to new team rotation for the upcoming month.
</li><li>Proactively monitor if employees have time off and adjust the on-call team accordingly.</li>
<li>Communicate any personnel changes to the emergency call service. If an employee is no longer employed with LHR, then proactively update his or her rotation group.</li>

Project Buyer

<div>Associa Sierra North is looking for a Groundskeeper to assist the maintenance team at a home owners association in Graeagle, CA. Groundskeepers generally work independently, for management companies, or directly for other employers, and are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of particular areas of land. As such, they usually work outside and must be able to withstand hot and cold weather. Common duties include mowing lawns, pulling weeds, trimming hedges, planting flowers and shrubbery, fertilizing, watering, raking leaves, and generally keeping the lawn, plants, and hedges in good shape.

A Community Manageris responsible for providing the overall supervision of a communityassociation. The Community Manager I interacts with internal and external customers including homeowners, vendors, board members and committee members, as well as staff at the Associa Client Shared Service Center (CSSC) and within the branch office.

Duties include but not limited to:

<ul><li>Supervise the operation and administration of the Association in accordance with managementagreement and the Association's policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Acts as or oversee the primary liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeownersas needed.</li>
<li>Perform/Direct administrative and management duties as requested by the Board of Directorsand in accordance with the management agreement.</li>
<li>Ensure Associa community management tools are being effectively developed and utilized suchas annual calendar, action item list, resolution worksheets, timed agendas, RFP matrixes,committee charters, procurement procedures, FY operating budget, etc.</li>
<li>Review monthly financial reports and ensure management summary is submitted to theassociation Board of Directors.</li>
<li>Provide and/or oversee recommendations to the Association Board of Directors andcommittees regarding major capital expenditures as required to maintain the desiredcommunity appearance and operation.</li>
<li>Monitor corporate and client delinquency rates and collections process for account portfolio.</li>

<li>Prepare Board packages according to established time frames.</li>
