We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our Salesforce environments. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Salesforce administration, system integrations, and security practices, while also guiding teams through complex problem-solving and supporting business-critical operations. This role requires a strong foundation in SDLC processes, data management, and CI/CD toolsets, with additional skills in development and integration considered a plus. 
Key Responsibilities
<ul><li>Administer, maintain, and oversee Salesforce Orgs and environments.</li>
<li>Implement, monitor, and improve security policies and practices across Salesforce platforms.</li>
<li>Manage the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including coding standards, change control, and version management.</li>
<li>Utilize CI/CD toolsets such as Flosum to streamline deployment processes.</li>
<li>Lead and execute data migrations, ensuring data quality and consistency.</li>
<li>Integrate Salesforce with 3rd party applications and manage AppExchange products.</li>
<li>Provide guidance and oversight in troubleshooting complex system software and hardware issues, recommending effective technology solutions.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integrations and business process alignment.</li>
</ul>
 
Minimum Requirements
<ul><li>7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, managing and supporting Salesforce Orgs.</li>
<li>7+ years of experience in SDLC processes, coding standards, change control, and CI/CD tools (Flosum).</li>
<li>7+ years of experience in data migrations, data quality, system integrations, and AppExchange product management.</li>
<li>7+ years of experience in troubleshooting and solving complex system software/hardware issues.</li>
</ul>
 
Preferred Qualifications
<ul><li>5+ years of experience implementing authentication protocols (oAuth) and integrating 3rd party applications.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of web technologies: HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, REST &amp; SOAP web services, JSON, XML.</li>
<li>2+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex programming, Visualforce pages, Apex triggers, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components).</li>
<li>2+ years of experience with Salesforce integration tools such as MuleSoft, Azure Data Factory, and Jitterbit.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Agile Software Development Methodologies.</li>

Salesforce Administrator

<div>ASSYST is seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to support our government client in Celebration, FL.

Scope of Work:
<ul><li>Manage and coordinate daily activities of the technical team, including project scheduling, monitoring and incident response.</li>
<li>Ensure operational support coverage and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).</li>
<li>Monitor system performance and availability, ensuring timely resolution of issues.</li>
<li>Develop, implement, and maintain operational standards, procedures, and best practices.</li>
