Position Overview

We are seeking an exceptionally motivated and versatile telecommunication RAN Systems Engineer to join our team. This is not a traditional feature-definition role; instead, it requires a highly skilled professional capable of tackling complex challenges across system engineering, design, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cellular technologies and a passion for innovation in satellite network solutions.

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Debug and resolve field issues related to RAN systems and satellite network integration.</li>
<li>Guide and support testing teams during validation and deployment phases.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define upcoming solutions for SAT network architecture.</li>
<li>Participate in system-level design reviews and ensure compliance with engineering standards.</li>
<li>Provide technical leadership in RF and lower-layer protocol analysis.</li>
<li>Document processes, findings, and recommendations for continuous improvement.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in communication engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.

Experience:
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 3 years as a System Engineer and at least 5 years in the telecommunications industry.</li>
<li>Deep familiarity and understanding of Cellular standards: 4G and/or 5G</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Experience with satellite communication systems.</li>
<li>Familiarity with advanced RAN optimization techniques.</li>
<li>Certifications in cellular technologies or RF engineering.</li>
</ul>
Soft Skills:
<ul>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and deliverables.</li>
<li>Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities under tight deadlines.</li>
</ul>
Technology Stack:
<ul>
<li>Cellular standards: 4G/5G</li>
<li>System engineering and design tools</li>
<li>RF analysis tools</li>
<li>Lower-layer protocol understanding</li>
</ul>
Physical Requirements
<ul>
<li>Ability to work in a standard office environment and use a computer for extended periods.</li>
<li>Occasional travel may be required for field testing and integration support.</li>
</ul>
