We are looking for a talented Tactical Networks Lead Systems Engineer in support of PMW-160 Tactical Networks. This is a full-time position working out of San Diego, CA.

The Tactical Networks Lead Systems Engineer will support Tactical Networks Technology to coordinate efforts to rapidly field new network implementations and integration of external stakeholder capabilities leveraging Tactical Networks.
You Will:
<ul><li>Support CONOPS development and Fleet Introduction activities</li>
<li>Manage integration efforts with external stakeholder capabilities</li>
<li>Coordinate with Fleet Commands, Warfare Development Commands, other PMWs, and PAE enterprise partners</li>
<li>Lead remote engineering teams supporting development, testing, modeling, simulation, and integration for tactical networks products</li>
</ul>
You Have:
<ul><li>U.S. Citizenship</li>
<li>Possession of and the ability to maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Level Security Clearance</li>
<li>7+ years&rsquo; experience leading multi-site or remote engineering teams</li>
<li>7+ years&rsquo; experience developing technical documentation (concepts, requirements, integration plans, or CONOPS)</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to coordinate across Navy programs, Fleet organizations, Warfare Development Commands, or other federal agencies</li>
<li>Experience supporting network or systems integration, testing, and fielding activities</li>
<li>Experience with modeling, simulation environments, or engineering tools used in network/system development</li>
<li>Experience troubleshooting and restoring network or system issues in operational or fleet support contexts</li>
<li>Proven track record of performance in stakeholder facing roles requiring relationship building and cross program coordination</li>
</ul>
Education/Experience:
<ul><li>Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited university in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physical Science required.</li>
<li>Minimum of seven (7) years of experience supporting Information Technology or Network Systems engineering for DoD or Government agencies</li>
</ul>
We Would Be Impressed If You Had:
<ul><li>Experience with Tactical Networks systems, architectures, or fielding processes</li>
<li>Experience supporting Fleet Introduction activities or operational fleet coordination</li>
<li>Experience with transport, connectivity, or network centric systems engineering</li>
<li>Experience with DevSecOps, NetDevOps, or automated testing frameworks</li>
<li>Experience with modeling network/system behavior using Python, JSON/YAML, or similar formats</li>
<li>Experience developing or maturing complex cross enterprise engineering efforts</li>
<li>Ability to autonomously move engineering efforts forward with limited oversight</li>
<li>TS/SCI Eligibility</li>

Tactical Networks Mission Engineering Lead Systems Engineer

We are looking for a talented Tactical Networks Cybersecurity Analyst to support cybersecurity activities in support of PMW-160. This is a full-time position working out of San Diego, CA.

The Cybersecurity Analyst will coordinate all cybersecurity activities to support Assessment and Authorization (A&amp;A) Package documentation planning and development.
You Will:
<ul><li>Prepare, develop, and maintain Risk Management Framework (RMF) artifacts, packages, and deliverables to support system validation and authorization to operate (ATO)</li>
<li>Perform risk and vulnerability assessments in network, system, and application areas</li>
<li>Coordinate day-to-day cybersecurity operations with program technical leads to discover cyber risks, understand applicable policies, and develop mitigation plans</li>
<li>Maintain RMF documents for system baseline variants that have achieved ATO</li>
<li>Work independently, identify problems and devise analysis and solutions, communicate results to both technical and non-technical audiences, and lead the accomplishments of client tasks from inception to completion</li>
<li>Develop and deliver cybersecurity update presentations to high level stakeholders that incorporate analysis of National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) controls and identified expected system and workload impacts</li>
</ul>
You Have:
<ul><li>U.S. Citizenship</li>
<li>TS/SCI Security Clearance with no Foreign Exception Package (FEP) requirements</li>
<li>Experience with DoD Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) and Evaluate-STIG and tools such as Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS)</li>
<li>Experience integrating security into DevSecOps pipelines</li>
<li>Experience implementing automation methodologies and processes</li>
<li>Experience deploying, implementing, maintaining, and integrating cybersecurity tools and applications in alignment with the current threat landscape, and analyzing risks and opportunities at both tactical and strategic levels</li>
<li>Experience with network engineering functions, including Windows, Linux, and virtual operating systems, security tools, platforms, and technologies, including network and web application firewalls, web proxy, intrusion prevention systems, vulnerability scanners, and penetration tools</li>
<li>Experience with developing and maintaining cyber schedule, performance, and quality metrics within the systems development lifecycle and acquisition lifecycle</li>
<li>Experience with Navy initiatives and PMW 160 systems (e.g., Consolidated Afloat Network Enterprise Systems (CANES), Platform Application Services (PAS), Agile Core Services (ACS), Automated Digital Network System (ADNS))</li>
<li>Master&rsquo;s degree in an Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical discipline</li>
<li>Operating System (OS) Certification(s) e.g., Windows, RedHat, Linux</li>
<li>Familiarity with OCF Platforms is desired for one of the positions</li>
</ul>
Education/Experience:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from an accredited university in a technical or managerial related discipline</li>
<li>Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a Cybersecurity, Engineering, Test and Evaluation (T&amp;E) or A&amp;A related field</li>
<li>Experience working with Information Assurance tools such as DISA Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS), Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS)</li>
</ul>
We Would Be Impressed If You Had:
