This role requires a talented mixologist with a deep understanding of flavor profiles, spirits, and cocktail craftsmanship. The ideal candidate is creative, outgoing, and dedicated to delivering an exceptional guest experience through well-balanced, innovative, and classic cocktails.Responsibilities<ul><li>Serve high-quality craft cocktails, ensuring consistency and excellence in presentation and taste.</li><li>Develop seasonal cocktail menus in collaboration with the bar team, incorporating fresh, house-made ingredients.</li><li>Have an in-depth knowledge of spirits, bitters, syrups, infusions, and mixology techniques.</li><li>Engage with guests in a warm and welcoming manner, providing recommendations and education on drinks.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar, following all safety and sanitation protocols.</li><li>Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and restocking bar supplies.</li><li>Adhere to all local, state, and federal alcohol service laws and regulations.</li><li>Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure cocktail pairings enhance the overall dining experience.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a craft cocktail bartender or mixologist in a high-volume or craft cocktail-focused bar or restaurant.</li><li>Deep knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, bitters, and cocktail history.</li><li>Strong understanding of balance and flavor profiles in cocktails.</li><li>Outgoing personality with strong communication and hospitality skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.</li><li>TIPS or ServSafe certification preferred.</li><li>Must be 21 years or older and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.</li></ul>Why Join Augie&rsquo;s?<ul><li>Work in a creative environment that values craftsmanship and innovation.</li><li>Opportunity to contribute to an exciting and evolving cocktail program.</li><li>Competitive pay and potential for tips.</li><li>A supportive and team-oriented atmosphere.
