 🔑 Key Responsibilities
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead and manage procurement activities for food &amp; beverage and FMCG categories.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and maintain strong vendor relationships.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and local regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations to forecast demand.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and analyze procurement reports, highlighting cost savings and supplier performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with finance and operations teams to align procurement with business objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify opportunities to optimize supply chain processes and reduce costs.
 </li>

 Supervise and mentor junior procurement staff, providing guidance and training.

 Support audits and ensure transparent procurement practices.

 🎯 Requirements
 
 <ul>

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 5&ndash;7 years of procurement experience, preferably in
 
 Food &amp; Beverage or FMCG industries
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced proficiency in Excel for reporting and analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent English communication skills (formal written and verbal).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>
