We are scaling aggressively and building a performance-driven marketing engine to generate predictable monthly revenue and dominate the UAE market.We are looking for a results-oriented Marketing Leader who can own growth, lead the team, and drive real sales, not just run ads.If you think like a business owner, understand automotive customers, and can turn marketing into revenue, we want to speak with you.Requirements<ul><li>5+ years of proven UAE experience in automotive, garage, detailing, dealership, or PPF services marketing</li><li>Demonstrated success generating measurable revenue growth (not just followers or impressions)</li><li>Strong performance marketing expertise (Google Ads &amp; Meta Ads mandatory)</li><li>Experience building lead funnels, tracking CPL/CAC/ROAS, and managing marketing budgets</li><li>Experience leading agencies, freelancers, or small marketing teams</li></ul>Important: This is a strategy &amp; growth leadership role, not a graphic design or content production role.
