Job Title: Operations AssistantLocation: [Sharjah- UAE] Employment Type: Full-timeJob Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant to support our factory&rsquo;s daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing quotations, managing material movement, coordinating with vendors, and assisting the manufacturing team to ensure smooth workflow.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and issue customer quotations in a timely and accurate manner.</li><li>Handle sending and receiving of raw materials, finished goods, and other items.</li><li>Prepare delivery notes, invoices, and other relevant documentation.</li><li>Arrange and process Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) to vendors.</li><li>Coordinate with the manufacturing team to ensure operational needs are met.</li><li>Maintain records of inventory, deliveries, and procurement activities.</li><li>Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks as required.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).</li><li>Prior experience in operations, logistics, or factory support role is an advantage.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary package.</li><li>Growth and learning opportunities in operations and manufacturing.</li><li>Supportive work environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
