<ul><li>Conducts credit investigations in order to obtain an intelligent appraisal of the customer's worth, character and ability to pay.</li><li>Follows up collection of accounts' receivable regularly in the hotel and diplomatic manner, calculated to produce results and at the same time maintain good relations with the customer.</li><li>Recommends &quot;Write-offs&quot; of uncollectible accounts.</li><li>Ensures that approval codes from the &quot;International Credit Card Centers&quot; are obtained, whenever the credit limit is exceeded.</li><li>Being part of the management responsible for initiating disciplinary action against on employee contravening hotel rules &amp; Regulation, adheres to and follows all management policies as applicable to other Supervisors of the Hotel and performs all other duties as &amp; when assigned.</li><li>Reviews supporting documents and verifies accuracy of the balances receivables.</li><li>Reports immediately any unfavorable information received affecting a customer's credit standing, in order to take appropriate actions.</li><li>Reports to the Controller and the Credit Controller meeting attend all matters affecting credit and collections.</li><li>Ensures that the policies and procedures, as contained in the Credit manual and &quot;Local Credit Policies&quot; are observed.</li><li>Supervises the activities of the credit and collection staff for efficient performance of their duties.</li><li>To check the &quot;High Balance Report&quot; of the hotel in order to keep High Balance under control.</li></ul>Job Specifications:Education: 1.
