The property manager is responsible for the overall operations of the property. We&rsquo;re looking for a talented leasing consultant who will be responsible for coordinating all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. The leasing consultant is also responsible for interacting directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention and client satisfaction.

We&rsquo;re looking for a talented maintenance technician who will be responsible for addressing an array of apartment and property maintenance duties as specified by the maintenance supervisor and/or property manager, and for maintaining the highest standards in customer service and curb appeal of the assigned property.
<ul><li>Perform various maintenance functions including repairs to the following: electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, grounds maintenance as dictated by state guidelines.</li>

Summary of Responsibilities

The accounting manager is responsible for the management of the property accounting for numerous properties including, collaborating with property managers and regional managers to ensure accurate, timely, and complete property execution from a financial standpoint.

Primary Responsibilities and Objectives

<ul><li>Collaborate with property managers and regional managers to ensure timely and accurate pre- close activities are recorded</li></ul>
<ul><li>Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, associate development corrective feedback, and hiring</li></ul>
<ul><li>Proactively follow up with clients regarding property profitability and address client inquiries in a timely manner</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure all debt/funding/financial statement deadlines are met</li></ul>
<ul><li>Perform other tasks as required when directed</li></ul>

Education and Experience
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in accounting or finance is required</li></ul>
<ul><li>CPA license is preferred</li></ul>
<ul><li>Three to five years of experience in an accounting role required</li></ul>
<ul><li>Three to five years of property management experience preferred</li></ul>
<ul><li>Direct management experience is required</li></ul>
<ul><li>Prior experience in Yardi Voyager or other equivalent systems is a plus</li></ul>
<ul><li>Knowledge of GAAP in the multi-family property management industry is preferred</li></ul> 


Skills and Requirements
<ul><li>Advanced level knowledge of MS Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (including Excel functions)</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>
<ul><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li></ul>
<ul><li>Creates a climate in which associates want to do their best by leading and communicating a shared vision with associates and providing coaching and development</li></ul>

Scheduling
