The property manager is responsible for the overall operations of the property. This includes ensuring efficient operations, overseeing supplier contracts, maintenance, lease administration, and monthly reporting. This position also creates a positive experience for the residents, associates, and clients.

We&rsquo;re looking for a talented housekeeper who will be responsible for the meticulous upkeep of the property models, vacant units and all common interior and exterior areas in addition to other areas of the assigned property assuring that the property is maintained in a clean, safe and comfortable manner. We&rsquo;re looking for a talented maintenance technician who will be responsible for addressing an array of apartment and property maintenance duties as specified by the maintenance supervisor and/or property manager, and for maintaining the highest standards in customer service and curb appeal of the assigned property.
<ul><li>Perform various maintenance functions including repairs to the following: electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, grounds maintenance as dictated by state guidelines.</li>
