We are looking for a passionate and hardworking <b>Commis Chef (Mexican Cuisine)</b> to join our kitchen team.<br>

Key Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Assist in preparing authentic Mexican dishes such as tacos, burritos, quesadillas, nachos, salsas, and sauces.</li><li>
Support the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations.</li><li>
Ensure food preparation meets quality and presentation standards.</li><li>
Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety &amp; hygiene guidelines.</li><li>
Assist with stock rotation and storage (FIFO).</li><li>
Prepare ingredients (cutting, marinating, portioning) as directed.</li></ul><div>

<b>Requirements:</b></div><ul><li>
Previous experience in Mexican cuisine is preferred.</li><li>
Basic knowledge of Mexican ingredients, spices, and cooking techniques.</li><li>
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.</li><li>
Team player with a positive attitude.</li><li>
