We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager Accounts to join our team. The ideal candidate should have completed their CA articles from a reputable firm, with a specific focus on Audit/Accounting. The candidate should possess knowledge and hands-on experience in accounting software and demonstrate proficiency in the MS Office Suite, particularly in MS Excel. The candidate must be capable of handling pressure and meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracyResponsibilities:<ul><li>Lead a team of 5-10 members and ensure efficient workflow and coordination.</li><li>Handle various accounting tasks, including financial statement preparation, payroll, and Sales tax report preparation for Foreign clients.</li><li>Utilize accounting software, such as Oracle, NetSuite, or QuickBooks, for data entry and financial reporting.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.</li><li>Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.</li><li>Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations.</li><li>Ability to effectively train junior team members.</li><li>Effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.</li><li>Perform other ad hoc accounting and finance tasks as required.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>CA Finalists having 4-5 years of working experience in a reputable accounting/auditing firm.</li><li>2-3 years in Book-Keeping OR 4-5 Years in the Accounts Field</li><li>Proficiency in using accounting software, particularly NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Xero.</li><li>Strong command of the MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel.</li><li>Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent leadership skills and the ability to lead and motivate the team.</li><li>In-depth understanding of financial statements and payroll taxes.</li><li>Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.</li></ul>What we offer:<ul><li>Health Insurance</li><li>Axiom Sports Complex</li><li>Paid Certifications</li><li>Paid Leaves</li><li>Recognition &amp; Reward System</li><li>Work with a qualified, diverse team</li><li>International exposure</li></ul>Timing: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM or 5:00PM - 2:00 AMJob Type: Full-timePay: From Rs100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
