Your Impact</h2>

You will lead a team of Technical Account Managers who serve as Axon's operational presence inside public safety agencies &mdash; embedded onsite, deployed regionally, or traveling to support critical milestones. Your team owns what happens after the sale: deployment execution, technical stabilization, platform adoption, and the sustained customer relationships that drive retention and growth. 
 
This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll coach TAMs through high-stakes customer situations, set the operational standards your team executes against, and serve as the escalation point when agencies need senior Axon leadership at the table. You are accountable for the outcomes your team delivers &mdash; not just the activities they complete. 
 
This role is designed for a leader who can balance people management, program oversight, and executive stewardship in high-visibility, mission-critical environments.

<li>Build technical depth across both hardware and software product lines &mdash; your team needs to be fluent in the full Axon ecosystem.</li>
<li>Drive performance management, skills development, and succession planning aligned to where the business is heading.</li>
<li>Create a culture where ownership, initiative, and continuous improvement are the baseline.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Own Portfolio-Level Delivery</h3>
<ul><li>Ensure consistent execution of hardware deployments, software implementations, and integrated workflows across your assigned agencies.</li>
<li>Provide oversight for end-to-end delivery: deployment planning, risk management, cross-functional coordination, and lifecycle support.</li>
<li>Ensure TAMs are managing dependencies across hardware provisioning, network readiness, software configuration, and agency workflows effectively.</li>
<li>Establish and maintain the playbooks, standards, and operating rhythms your team runs on.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Engage at the Executive Level</h3>
<ul><li>Serve as the escalation point for agency command staff, IT leadership, and internal Axon stakeholders when your team needs senior leadership in the room.</li>
<li>Coach TAMs on executive communication, value articulation, and leading customers through complex change.</li>
<li>Partner with Sales, Professional Services, Support, and Product to align delivery with customer commitments and long-term strategy.</li>
<li>Advocate for your customers internally &mdash; ensure risks, needs, and expansion opportunities are surfaced and addressed.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Drive Performance Through Data</h3>
<ul><li>Own the metrics that matter: deployment timelines, issue resolution SLAs, platform adoption, CSAT, NPS, and program health.</li>
<li>Identify systemic risks or friction points across your portfolio and drive corrective action before they become customer-impacting.</li>
<li>Use operational data to continuously refine delivery models and improve outcomes at scale.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Maintain Coverage and Continuity</h3>
<ul><li>Provide leadership-level support during critical incidents, complex deployments, or agency-impacting events.</li>
<li>Ensure coverage across all TAM engagement models &mdash; your team should never leave a customer without a point of contact.</li>
<li>Stay situationally aware across the portfolio without reverting to individual contributor work.</li>

</h2><ul><li><ul><li>8+ years in customer-facing technical delivery, program management, or complex technology deployment environments.</li>
<li>5+ years leading senior individual contributors in high-accountability, customer-facing roles.</li>
<li>Experience scaling execution through teams operating across multiple delivery models &mdash; you've led distributed teams, not just local ones.</li>
<li>Executive presence and confidence engaging command-level or senior customer stakeholders in high-visibility situations.</li>
<li>Experience leading both hardware and software deployments, including coordination across infrastructure, networking, and field operations.</li>

Your Impact 
We're seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and maintain the AWS-based backbone of our drone detection and analytics platform. You'll enable our analysts and agents to deliver actionable insights at scale, ensuring our data pipelines, alerting systems, and compute environments are secure, reliable, and efficient. 
 
You'll work closely with the Decisions and Insights team to operationalize data workflows and automate alerting, applying best practices in DevOps and cloud-native architecture. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on systems that directly support Dedrone's global airspace security mission.

What You'll Do
<ul>
<li>Design, deploy, and manage AWS infrastructure (S3, EC2, Lambda, Fargate, SNS, CloudWatch, IAM, Code Pipelines etc).</li>
<li>Build and maintain data ingestion and processing pipelines, ensuring reliability and scalability.</li>
<li>Set up and monitor notification and alerting systems for data processing and model operations.</li>
<li>Manage Dockerized workloads across Fargate and EC2 for compute-heavy analytics jobs.</li>
<li>Support CI/CD pipelines for model deployment and internal tools.</li>
<li>Optimize cost, performance, and security posture across AWS accounts and services.</li>
<li>Collaborate with DA/DE/DS to operationalize workflows in a cloud-native, automated fashion.</li>

What You Bring
<ul>
<li>4+ years of experience managing AWS infrastructure in production environments.</li>
<li>Experience with CDK, Terraform, or CloudFormation for infrastructure as code is a must.</li>
<li>Strong experience with Lambda, Fargate, S3, SNS/SQS, EC2, and CloudWatch.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with Docker and CI/CD tools.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of Python-based data workflows and microservice design patterns.</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a focus on reliability and automation.</li>

This role is based out of our Seattle, WA Office and follows a hybrid schedule. Axon is scaling its global manufacturing operations, and the finance team behind that growth needs sharp, detail-oriented analysts to keep it running with precision. As a Senior Cost Accounting Analyst on our Cost Accounting team, you'll sit at the intersection of finance and operations, owning month-end close activities, driving inventory and variance analysis, and partnering directly with FP&amp;A, Supply Chain Controllership, and Operations leaders. This is a newly created, high-visibility role where your work directly shapes how Axon understands and manages the cost of bringing life-saving technology to market.

What You'll Do</h2>

Location: Hybrid, 4 days per week in Scottsdale, AZ 
Reports to: Director, Supply Chain Controllership

<ul>
<li>Own month-end close for cost accounting &mdash; prepare and post journal entries including accruals, reserves, reclassifications, and allocations across multiple business segments and legal entities. Support close activities spanning inventory reserves, PPV accruals and amortization, royalties, scrap reclassifications, and overhead and segment allocations.</li>
<li>Lead inventory reserve management &mdash; review and maintain excess and obsolescence reserves, produce reserve summary reports, and support inventory reconciliation activities including segment, sub-assembly, and raw material to WIP movements.</li>
<li>Drive cost variance analysis &mdash; monitor and analyze purchase price, production, and quantity variances; identify root causes; and communicate findings clearly to business partners and leadership.</li>
<li>Support standard cost processes &mdash; assist with standard cost uploads in the ERP system, including monthly bill-of-materials (BOM) reviews, new SKU setups, and ongoing variance monitoring.</li>
<li>Prepare management reporting packages &mdash; collect and analyze cost data to support business decision-making; prepare periodic cost variance reports comparing standard to actual costs across global manufacturing operations.</li>
<li>Ensure GAAP compliance and audit readiness &mdash; perform account reconciliations, document cost accounting processes and journal entries in adherence to internal controls, and support SOX testing, GAAP audits, and annual physical inventory count activities.</li>
<li>Collaborate cross-functionally &mdash; partner with FP&amp;A, Global Supply Chain Controllership, and Operations to explain budget-to-actual variances and serve as a trusted resource on cost accounting treatment, inventory transactions, and ERP-related questions.</li>
<li>Contribute to process improvement &mdash; as this team scales, proactively identify opportunities to streamline close processes, improve reporting accuracy, and build scalable cost accounting infrastructure.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">What You Bring</h2>
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred &mdash; CPA or CMA in progress or completed is a plus; relevant experience is valued equally.</li>
<li>3+ years of experience in cost accounting, manufacturing finance, or supply chain finance &mdash; or equivalent relevant experience in a high-growth or operationally complex environment.</li>
<li>Solid GAAP foundation &mdash; hands-on experience with inventory accounting, standard costing, variance analysis, and financial close processes; familiarity with SOX compliance and audit support.</li>
<li>ERP proficiency &mdash; experience working in a major ERP system (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) for journal entries, BOM reviews, standard cost uploads, and inventory transactions.</li>
<li>Analytical and detail-oriented &mdash; comfortable working with large datasets, building reconciliations, and communicating complex cost drivers to non-finance stakeholders with clarity.</li>
<li>Advanced Excel skills &mdash; proficiency with complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data analysis, and financial modeling; experience with AI analytics tools is highly valued.</li>
