Your Impact</h3>

As a Technical Support Team Lead, you will provide day-to-day technical and operational leadership for a group of support specialists, ensuring consistent, high-quality troubleshooting and customer issue resolution. While not a people manager, this role carries indirect responsibility for performance through workflow coordination, escalation support, mentoring, and best-practice guidance. You will act as a senior technical resource and coach, helping the team resolve complex issues efficiently, improve processes, and meet service-level expectations.

What You'll Do
<ul><li>Lead, motivate, and help manage a team of support specialists and engineers, ensuring performance standards and customer satisfaction goals are met or exceeded.</li>
<li>Become an expert on the Axon Fusus solution that includes all available apps, APIs, and new development roadmap</li>
<li>Work with various industry standard Video Management Systems (VMS), IP Cameras, and Linux networking tools</li>
<li>Serve as a role model by handling complex cases, supporting team morale, and driving a customer-first culture.</li>
<li>Conduct regular 1:1s for insights into training opportunities and product proficiency.</li>
<li>Perform weekly audits of agent-customer interactions to ensure adherence to internal standards and industry best practices.</li>
<li>Track QA metrics such as interaction accuracy, empathy, resolution effectiveness, and response time; present findings and improvement plans to leadership.</li>
<li>Own the onboarding experience and ongoing education for new and existing agents. Provide structured guidance, shadowing opportunities, and actionable feedback to mentees.</li>
<li>Identify training gaps through QA and case analysis; proactively address them via just-in-time learning or structured refreshers.</li>
<li>Hold regular office hours for case reviews and questions from the team to help close the gaps in training.</li>
<li>Serve as the point of contact for escalated cases</li>
<li>Lead team meetings to review trends, root causes, and resolution paths for high-impact cases.</li>
<li>Mentor agents on escalation handling through live case reviews, simulated escalations, and postmortems.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Knowledge Management team to keep SOPs, internal tools, and customer-facing documentation accurate and relevant.</li>
<li>Analyze ticket data and QA feedback to identify inefficiencies or recurring issues and propose automation or process improvements.</li>

<li>Ability to articulate at a technical level appropriate to the circumstance &ndash; i.e. for clients with varying levels of IT knowledge and skillset</li>

<li>Self-driven, able to take ownership, work independently and manage key stakeholder needs</li>
<li>Must pass a Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) background check and maintain confidential and highly sensitive information.</li>

Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's Degree or working toward a college degree in a technical discipline</li>
<li>2-3 years' leadership experience in a tiered technical support environment</li>
<li>Experience with security camera systems, VMS, DVR, and NVR solutions is strongly preferred</li>
<li>Certifications such as Network+, Security+, Linux+</li>
<li>Experience in Axon applications (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, JIRA, Vonage CCaaS</li>
<li>5 years' experience troubleshooting network issues in a hardware/software environment</li>
<li>Preference will be given to those with technical support roles related to public safety and government</li>
<li>System Administration certifications</li>

Your Impact</h2>

We're hiring a senior XR UX designer who can build in Unity and thinks in systems. You'll design the experience as a system - mapping the full customer journey across moments, touchpoints, and handoffs, and making sure the XR experience stays consistent, learnable, and reliable end-to-end. You'll lead end-to-end product UX for XR experiences (VR/AR/MR), using interactive Unity work to validate decisions early and reduce risk. Prototyping is the starting point, not the finish line. You'll create real, testable Unity experiences with enough fidelity to inform implementation and sometimes accelerate production, while contributing reusable patterns that speed future work across the team. You'll work closely with engineering to carry learnings into shipped experiences, and you'll collaborate with other prototypers and designers to keep work aligned, scalable, and moving fast.

<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">What You'll Do</h2>

Work Location: This role is based out of our Seattle, WA office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. <li>Design at a systems level: Lead experience architecture and CX systems design &mdash; map end-to-end journeys, define interaction models and service flows, and design reliable failure and recovery paths that make complex XR experiences coherent and learnable.</li>
<li>Build Unity experiences that are more than demos: Create high-fidelity Unity experiences (prototype-plus) with enough structure and fidelity to inform implementation and sometimes accelerate production.</li>
<li>Leverage AI as a force multiplier: Use AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor or similar) to move faster in Unity, while maintaining code quality, clarity, and maintainability. You can evaluate, debug, and refactor the output.</li>
<li>Build on our design system in Unity: Build on our existing design system by extending semantic tokens and component contracts into Unity, using AI-assisted workflows to keep runtime UI consistent and scalable.</li>
<li>Create reusable foundations, not one-off fixes: Develop reusable components/prefabs, interaction design, interaction templates, and reference implementations that reduce rework and increase consistency across teams and initiatives.</li>
<li>Translate experience intent into real-time behavior: Implement state models, input handling, spatial layout rules, navigation, feedback, error states, and edge cases that hold up in headset.</li>
<li>Shape the experience structure: Define how XR experiences are organized and understood &mdash; concepts, labels, navigation models, system states, and the mental model that makes complex workflows feel straightforward.</li>
<li>Customer Obsessed: Plan the research loop for your work &mdash; define study goals and hypotheses, design tasks and protocols, run sessions with customers as needed, synthesize findings, and iterate quickly based on real user behavior, comfort constraints, and measurable outcomes.</li>
<li>Partner closely with engineering for shipped implementation: Align on constraints and handoff: what's exploratory vs implementation-ready, what should be standardized, and how prototype learnings translate into shipped work.</li>
<li>Communicate clearly and drive alignment: Present prototypes, learnings, and system decisions with crisp rationale so stakeholders understand not only what we're building, but why.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">What You Bring</h2>
<ul><li>Senior product UX experience: 8+ years in product/UX design, including leading major initiatives from discovery through implementation.</li>
<li>XR interaction design craft: Proven experience designing XR interactions end-to-end, including spatial UI/3D UI patterns, with a strong grasp of comfort and ergonomics, spatial discoverability, in-headset feedback and affordances, and accessibility-minded choices that hold up in real use.</li>
<li>Deep Unity and C# expertise: Strong hands-on Unity experience with solid C# proficiency. You've built and maintained interactive Unity projects beyond basic scripts, and you understand architecture patterns, debugging, and performance tradeoffs well enough to make good technical decisions independently.</li>
<li>AI-assisted coding fluency (grounded): Practical, day-to-day experience using AI coding assistants in Unity (Cursor or similar) to accelerate development, with the engineering judgment to evaluate, refactor, and maintain the code you produce.</li>
<li>Systems-level experience design (CX): Proven ability to drive experience architecture, end-to-end journey thinking, scalable interaction models, and reliable recovery/edge-case design.</li>
<li>Design system fluency: Experience working with design systems and semantic structure (tokens, states, variants, usage rules) and mapping design intent into runtime component behavior.</li>
<li>Cross-functional leadership: You align product, engineering, and research through prototypes, evidence, and clear tradeoffs &mdash; without needing formal authority.</li>
<li>Communication excellence: You can explain decisions clearly to diverse audiences and bring stakeholders along.</li>
<li>Tool proficiency: Highly skilled in modern design tools (Figma) and excited to explore emerging design and AI prototyping technologies.</li>
<li>Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing senior systems-level UX work and Unity-based interaction/prototyping (video walkthroughs welcome).</li>
<li>Education: Degree in Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).</li>

We're looking for a Data Engineer II to join our Decisions &amp; Insights team &mdash; the team responsible for transforming raw sensor and product data into automated, scalable insights. Everything we build enables rapid, data-driven decision-making across Dedrone and empowers product managers, analysts, and operational agents to quickly surface patterns, understand system behavior, and take action. 
 
In this role, you'll work at the intersection of analytics and engineering. You'll build and maintain the pipelines, datasets, dashboards, and analytical models that drive our insights. You'll shape how data flows through the organization &mdash; ensuring our hardware and software signals are collected, structured, and visualized in ways that highlight meaningful trends and operational intelligence.

What You'll Do

What You Bring
