We build and ship products for law enforcement and the communities they serve on a national and global scale. You will be leading the development of the technology that will change society as a whole, while furthering Axon's mission of Protect Life and Capture Truth. 
 
Our programs are driven on aggressive schedules for the development and release of next generation De-escalation Devices (aka TASER) products. The NPI team is driving factory readiness to ensure that new products can be built at scale with high yield and low cost. We are seeking highly skilled, motivated, technical people to set expectations and drive results from various internal and external factory and design teams. You will be exposed to a wide range of functional teams and activities to develop cutting edge products and processes from start to finish while balancing complex tradeoffs. You will need to be agile, adaptive and creative to find the best solutions for the most critical products &ndash; to get to the best products in the market.<h4 class="jobSectionHeader"> 

What You'll Do
</h4>Location: Onsite in Scottsdale/Phoenix, AZ office 
Reports to: Director, Engineering Program Management (CEW)

<li>As the NPI Program Manager, you will lead and drive cross-functional teams to prepare and manage prototype builds, as well as prepare and scale the production lines to support mass production at contract manufacturer(s)</li>
<li>Partner closely with the Engineering Program Managers, DFx Engineers, Test Engineers, Quality, Supply Chain to track and drive all actions to ensure factory readiness for each development build (i.e., fixtures, equipment, processes, manufacturing and validation testing, materials/supply chain, quality, packaging, etc.)</li>
<li>Manage Design for Manufacturability/Scale reviews with Design and Mechanical Engineering teams</li>
<li>Coordinate design of automated equipment and assembly/test fixtures and equipment</li>
<li>Hands-on design of fixtures, layouts, processes and equipment</li>
<li>Create build schedules and drive the execution of development builds</li>
<li>Prepare and manage presentations and reports to high level management</li>
<li>Perform data analysis and interpretation of test results</li>
<li>Assess risks, trade-offs, and program impacts and provide recommendations (i.e., cost vs schedule vs quality vs product requirements)</li>
<li>Create and/or drive Design of Experiments (DOE) development and coordination during development builds</li>
<li>Periodic travel to the contract manufacturer will be required to prepare and support development builds</li>

Axon's Strategy &amp; Corporate Development team focuses on evaluating and executing acquisitions, investments, partnerships and other strategic initiatives. The team also plays a critical role in formulating the company's long-term strategic direction as well as in capital and resource allocation decisions. Your Impact

As a Senior Advanced Development Engineer II on Axon's New Ventures team, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary prototype efforts with electrical engineering at the core. You'll take ambiguous, high-risk ideas and turn them into concrete systems, experiments, and evidence that help Axon decide whether&mdash;and how&mdash;to invest. 
 
This role is ideal for a senior engineer with deep electrical expertise who thrives beyond traditional EE boundaries. You will shape system architecture, anticipate technical and business risks, and influence leadership decisions through hands-on prototyping and clear technical judgment&mdash;not polished production delivery.

<li>8+ years of experience designing, building, and debugging electrical systems for complex or novel hardware</li>
<li>Primary depth in electrical engineering, such as power systems, sensing, signal integrity, controls, or system-level electrical architecture</li>
<li>Demonstrated hands-on experience in at least one secondary discipline, most commonly:</li>

Your Impact</h3>

As a ALPR Project Manager at Axon, you are the operational engine behind our national ALPR deployment efforts. You'll manage the day-to-day permitting process across jurisdictions&mdash;tracking submissions, coordinating with local authorities, and ensuring approvals land on time and in compliance with code. You will own and accelerate the permitting process for Axon's ALPR infrastructure deployments by eliminating roadblocks before they surface.
 
 
This role combines tactical project management with a strong grasp of permitting fundamentals. You'll collaborate closely with our Permitting Leads, Deployment Managers, and Legal teams to surface risks early, maintain schedule integrity, and standardize execution across regions. Your work ensures our teams can install confidently&mdash;on time, on budget, and by the book. You will guide customers through regulatory hurdles, standardizing scalable workflows, and enabling compliant, high-velocity installations across the U.S.

What You Bring</h3>

Your Impact
</h4>As a Mid-City Sales Manager at Axon, you will lead a team of acquisition-focused Account Executives responsible for converting TASER-only agencies into full Axon ecosystem partners. You will serve as both a strategic business leader and hands-on coach, developing talent, driving disciplined execution, and scaling predictable revenue performance across a complex, multi-solution sales motion. 
This role requires deep expertise in consultative SaaS selling, strong business acumen, and the ability to coach sellers through multi-stakeholder, government procurement-driven buying cycles. You will be accountable for team performance, talent development, forecast accuracy, and pipeline health while fostering a high-performance, high-engagement sales culture.
 
 
What You'll Do 

 
Location: Remote and traveling 50% of the time 
Reports to: VP Sales, East 
Direct Reports: 7-10 Mid-City Account Executives

<li>Lead, coach, and develop a team of acquisition-focused Account Executives responsible for expanding TASER-only agencies into full Axon ecosystem partnerships.</li>
<li>Own team revenue performance across monthly, quarterly, and annual targets, ensuring consistent quota attainment and pipeline health.</li>
<li>Drive disciplined execution of Axon's consultative, multi-solution sales methodology across discovery, solution positioning, and close.</li>
<li>Conduct regular 1:1s, deal reviews, and pipeline inspections to improve win rates, deal quality, and forecast accuracy.</li>
<li>Coach sellers on executive-level stakeholder engagement, value-based selling, competitive positioning, and government procurement navigation.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene in Salesforce to support strategic decision-making and leadership visibility.</li>
<li>Translate performance data into actionable coaching plans that accelerate individual and team development.</li>
<li>Partner cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Proposals, Marketing, and Product to deliver aligned customer outcomes.</li>
<li>Reinforce a culture of accountability, preparation, and continuous improvement while recognizing and rewarding high performance.</li>
<li>Support critical deals through strategy development, customer engagement, and in-field or virtual coaching as needed.</li>
<li>Advocate for field and customer insights to influence go-to-market execution and product strategy.</li>
<li>Build an inclusive, high-energy team environment that balances performance rigor with engagement and career growth.</li>
</ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">What You Bring</h4>
<ul><li>3&ndash;5+ years of experience selling in complex SaaS or technology environments with demonstrated quota success.</li>
<li>2+ years of experience leading quota-carrying sales teams in a mid-market, enterprise, or complex solution sales environment.</li>
<li>Proven ability to coach consultative, multi-solution sales motions.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance analytics.</li>
<li>Experience navigating multi-stakeholder and procurement-driven sales cycles.</li>
<li>Advanced Salesforce proficiency with a bias toward data-driven decision-making.</li>
<li>Exceptional communication, coaching, and leadership presence.</li>
<li>A builder mindset with the ability to scale talent and process.</li>
</ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">Preferred Qualifications</h4>
<ul><li>Experience in government, public sector, or regulated selling environments.</li>
<li>Background in hardware + software solution selling.</li>
<li>History of developing sellers into consistent top performers.</li>
