Job Summary</b></div><p>
We're looking for a Brand Designer who thrives at the intersection of brand strategy and creative execution. This role will support the day-to-day creative and launch needs across AYR Wellness brands, including HAZE, Later Days, and Kynd.</p><p>
Working closely with the Brand Director, you'll help bring campaigns, product launches, and retail initiatives to life across digital, wholesale, and in-store channels. This role is ideal for someone who can balance strong creative execution with organization, production coordination, and fast-moving multi-state retail support.We're specifically looking for someone who can take a brand idea and run with it, not just execute what's handed to them. You should be comfortable translating a rough concept or business need into a clear creative direction, writing your own creative briefs, and bringing independent creative judgment to the table.</p><ul><li><b>️</b><b> APPLICATION REQUIREMENT: Applications submitted without a portfolio link will not be considered. Duties and Responsibilities</b></div><div></div><div><b><br>
Creative &amp; Retail Asset Execution</b></div><ul><li>
Create on-brand digital, retail, and social assets across multiple cannabis brands.</li><li>
Translate established brand direction into customer-facing creative across print, digital, and in-store channels.</li><li>
Produce retail and wholesale support materials including signage, displays, sell sheets, menu assets, promotional collateral, and budtender education materials.</li><li>
Assist with in-store merchandising concepts and retail activations.</li></ul><div><b>
Product Pipeline &amp; Launch Support</b></div><ul><li>
Support the development and rollout of new SKUs across multiple brands and markets.</li><li>
Coordinate launch-related creative assets including packaging updates, retail collateral, wholesale materials, menu assets, and campaign support.</li><li>
Stay aligned to product calendars and proactively identify upcoming creative and production needs.</li><li>
Help manage timelines, revisions, approvals, and asset delivery across ongoing campaigns and product launches.</li></ul><div><b>
Cross-Functional Coordination</b></div><ul><li>
Partner closely with compliance, operations, sales, retail, and external vendors to support smooth product rollouts and marketing execution.</li><li>
Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date customer-facing assets across packaging, digital, wholesale, and retail channels.</li><li>
Help identify creative and marketing opportunities that support product visibility and sell-through.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Compliance &amp; Multi-State Execution</b></div><ul><li>
Adapt creative and copy to meet compliance standards across multiple regulated markets while maintaining brand consistency.</li><li>
Prepare submission-ready assets and implement revisions based on compliance feedback and market-specific requirements.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
