The Marketing Operations Specialist supports the execution and coordination of retail and digital marketing initiatives across AYR&rsquo;s store network. This role bridges the gap between Marketing and Retail, managing campaign logistics, social media support, and field activations to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery. Organized, proactive, and passionate about cannabis and retail marketing, this individual helps keep projects on track, communications clear, and campaigns running smoothly from concept to execution.</div><div>

Duties and Responsibilities</b></div><div></div><div><b>
Retail Liaison Support</b></div><ul><li>
Serve as a point of contact for store marketing requests, ensuring timely and accurate execution</li><li>
Support marketing presence at field activations, NSOs (new store openings), and events</li><li>
Manage ticket submissions for marketing-related store needs and follow through to resolution</li></ul><div><b>
Project Management &amp; Campaign Coordination</b></div><ul><li>
Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication within Monday.com</li><li>
Support the planning and coordination of monthly marketing initiatives across retail and digital channels</li><li>
Organize and update in-store and TV content schedules to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment</li></ul><div><b>
Social Media Support</b></div><ul><li>
Create engaging, on-brand content for social channels using Canva and other creative tools</li><li>
Assist in planning, scheduling, and posting content across Instagram, Facebook, and X</li><li>
Track and report on key social performance metrics, identifying opportunities for engagement and growth</li></ul><div><b>
Cross-Functional Collaboration</b></div><ul><li>
Partner with Digital Marketing, Retail, and Creative teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives</li><li>
Provide operational support for campaign rollouts, ensuring materials and messaging are delivered on time</li></ul><div><b>
Cannabis &amp; Retail Market Awareness</b></div><ul><li>
Stay informed on cannabis industry trends, competitor marketing, and retail best practices</li><li>
Contribute insights that help improve campaign performance and in-store marketing impact</li></ul><div>

Qualifications</b></div><div>
</div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent combination of work/education experience accepted</li><li>
 2-4 years marketing ops experience in the cannabis, retail, or CPG industries.</li><li>
Proficient with Canva, Monday.com, Meta Business Suite (IG/FB), X (Twitter), and Dutchie or similar cannabis POS/marketing tools</li><li>
Hands-on experience creating, scheduling, and tracking <b>social media content and engagement metrics</b> across multiple platforms</li><li>
Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Strong communication skills with a passion for cannabis, retail, and social media marketing</li><li>

Job Summary</b></div><p>
The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a wide variety of routine repair and preventative maintenance tasks required to keep our Production buildings, facilities equipment and retail locations operating properly, safely and efficiently. AYR Wellness is dedicated to becoming the foremost provider of sustainably grown premium cannabis products to our communities.
</p><div><b>Duties and </b><b>Responsibilities
</b></div><ul><li> Performs preventative maintenance programs/tasks for all equipment.
</li><li> Responsible for minor repairs of buildings, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting.
</li><li> Assists in coordinating/directing subcontractor services for completion of extensive or complex projects.
</li><li> Follows and ensures compliance with all applicable OSHA, GMP, FDA, State, Local and Company regulations, policies and procedures.
</li><li> Responds to emergency calls, makes immediate repairs when necessary and assists subcontractor if further repairs are necessary.
</li><li> Performs special projects as assigned.
</li><li> Reports all facility safety and security issues to management.
</li><li> Performs general cleaning of facility, equipment and tools.
</li><li> Assists in fostering a positive work environment, treating everyone with dignity and respect while perpetuating a curiosity for &ldquo;everything cannabis&rdquo;.
</li></ul><div><b>Qualifications</b></div><ul><li> Valid driver&rsquo;s license is required.
</li><li> Must be 21 years of age or older.
</li><li> Able to pass all background checks.
</li><li> Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry; experience in HVAC highly preferred</li><li> Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

The person in this position may be exposed to dust, kief, cleaning chemicals and fumes. Although systems are in place to remove these byproducts, there is still exposure to some degree.
</li><li>Must be able to accommodate scheduling that may include varied shifts, weekend and some holidays. On-Call availability outside of usual business hours is required.
</li><li>Occasionally works in outside conditions that include exposure to inclement weather, heat and humidity.</li></ul><div><br>
