</b></p><p>We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Marketing Manager (PMM) for our Sample Repository Services and Informatics portfolios to join our team. The PMM will drive the go-to-market strategy, growth, and adoption of our portfolio and will work closely with product management and marketing leadership.
</p><p></p><p><b>What You&rsquo;ll Do
</b></p><ul><li>Develop, implement, and measure strategic marketing plans and tactics globally using a customer-centric approach, helping to drive awareness, consideration, and purchase.
</li><li>Formulate and execute marketing plans that leverage detailed analyses of customer segments, competitor activity, business trends, and market opportunities in partnership with product management. Ensure alignment with business strategy and goals as defined by the business leadership team.
</li><li>Develop market launch strategy, implementation and sustaining plans supporting new product introductions to achieve revenue goals.
</li><li>Drive incorporation of the product and services portfolio into broader customer workflows and customer journeys.
</li><li>Optimize and develop engaging digital marketing content, including web, video, social media, programmatic display, paid search, and email automation.
</li><li>Lead participation in key industry and company-organized conferences, webinars, and virtual events, finding opportunities to showcase products and data.
</li><li>Collaborate with team members and contribute strategic insight and content related to pan-Azenta awareness campaigns. Collaborate with commercial and regional colleagues to ensure sales enablement effectiveness.
</li><li>Assist with development of sales training and customer education material in collaboration with product management, R&amp;D, and commercial teams.
</li><li>Oversee campaign reporting and lead generation funnels driven by marketing activities. Interact with senior leadership related to marketing strategy and results.
</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You&rsquo;ll Bring
</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Cell Biology OR business, marketing, engineering or a related field with experience in life sciences, biotechnology, or biopharma sectors. M.S, Ph.D., or MBA is preferred.
</li><li>5+ years of experience in developing marketing strategies and implementing marketing plans that drive demand for products and/or services in the life sciences market.
</li><li>Demonstrated ability developing strategic go-to-market plans to drive global adoption of new services and products.
</li><li>Proficiency in digital marketing with experience that includes display advertising, search engine marketing and optimization, social media, and automation approaches.
</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable interacting with internal and external audiences, strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
</li><li>Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization as a collaborative partner who can influence across functional teams and geographies.
</li><li>Ability to translate performance metrics into impactful business decisions and a continuous improvement mindset.

</p><p></p><p>As Field Service Manager, reporting to the Director, Global Field Service, you will manage the coordination of technical and administrative support activities including installation, repair, preventive maintenance, and engineering change upgrades to be performed at client sites. You always ensure this through adequate reporting management and system maintenance, excellent communication with external customers and internal specialists as well as a keen sense for efficient processes and a fascination for technology.
