</h2>How You&rsquo;ll Add Value:
The Senior Software Project Manager is accountable for the end‑to‑end planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex enterprise software initiatives within regulated life‑sciences and clinical environments. This role leads cross‑functional, global teams to deliver informatics solutions (e.g., LIMS/LIS and related platforms) on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Operating in a matrix organization, the Senior Software Project Manager serves as the primary owner of delivery governance&mdash;managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder communication&mdash;while partnering closely with Product Management, Engineering, Quality, and Commercial teams to ensure successful outcomes for both internal and customer‑facing programs.
<div></div>What You&rsquo;ll Do:
Project Planning &amp; Execution:
<ul><li>Own the full project lifecycle from initiation through delivery and closure, ensuring alignment with contractual, operational, and strategic objectives
</li><li>Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans covering scope, timelines, milestones, resources, dependencies, and budgets
</li><li>Lead cross‑functional project teams to execute against approved plans, adjusting proactively to changing priorities and constraints
</li></ul>Delivery Governance &amp; Control:
<ul><li>Monitor and control project performance against schedule, budget, and scope, taking corrective action as needed to maintain delivery commitments
</li><li>Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs and proactively identify mitigation strategies to reduce delivery risk
</li><li>Manage change control processes, including scope changes, impact analysis, and approved change orders where applicable
</li></ul>Stakeholder &amp; Customer Management:
<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of accountability for project communication with internal stakeholders, customers, and senior leadership
</li><li>Provide clear, consistent project status reporting, including milestone progress, financial performance, risks, and escalation items
</li><li>Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, ensuring alignment on expectations and delivery outcomes
</li></ul>Cross‑Functional Leadership:
<ul><li>Coordinate activities across Engineering, Product Management, Quality, Professional Services, and Commercial teams to ensure integrated delivery
</li><li>Partner with Product Owners and Business Analysts to align delivery plans with product roadmaps and release strategies
</li><li>Support commercial activities as needed, including project estimation, proposal development, statements of work, and delivery planning
</li></ul>Quality, Compliance &amp; Documentation:
<ul><li>Ensure projects are executed in compliance with corporate Quality Management Systems, SOPs, and applicable regulatory requirements (e.g., GxP, FDA‑regulated environments)
</li><li>Oversee the creation, review, and approval of required project lifecycle documentation, including requirements, specifications, testing, validation, and training materials
</li><li>Support audit readiness and customer inspections related to project delivery activities
</li></ul><div></div>What You&rsquo;ll Bring:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent industry experience
</li><li>5+ years of experience in software project management or equivalent experience delivering/managing complex enterprise or customer‑facing systems
</li><li>Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, resources, and contractual commitments for multi‑disciplinary software projects.
</li><li>Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
</li><li>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and escalation skills
</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:
<ul><li>Experience delivering and/or managing LIMS, LIS, or laboratory informatics solutions
</li><li>Experience working in regulated life‑sciences, clinical diagnostics, or pharmaceutical environments
</li><li>PMP or equivalent project management certification.
</li><li>Familiarity with project and delivery tools (e.g., MS Project, Azure DevOps, Aha, digital whiteboards)

Azenta is looking for a Senior Treasury Analyst to join the team. This role is a key member of the global corporate finance team and will support the corporate treasury function for our US &amp; foreign subsidiaries. The Senior Treasury Analyst will focus on cash forecasting, foreign exchange and hedging, investment activities, treasury controls/ compliance and insurance, while ensuring an efficient banking structure to operations.
The Senior Treasury Analyst will report to the Vice President, Tax and Treasury and will be expected to collaborate with the finance and accounting teams all over the world as we drive consistent processes across all sites in the organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in banking and accounting, be self-motivated, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
<ul><li>Support development and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasting process to optimize liquidity and provide cash flow metrics to operating teams.
</li><li>Collect and analyze monthly foreign exchange exposures to ensure effective execution and reporting of balance sheet and net investment hedge positions.
</li><li>Generate, distribute and review investments statements ensuring accuracy.
</li><li>Analyze consolidated interest income/expense and ensure it aligns with forecasted commitments.
</li><li>Manage intercompany loans, ensuring proper documentation, compliance and reporting.
</li><li>Support corporate insurance program, managing policy renewals and tracking reporting of costs.
</li><li>Manage and utilize Kyriba Treasury System to enhance reporting tools for improved automation, data accuracy and cash positioning/forecasting.
</li><li>Provide guidance and support to Treasury Analyst with banking administration as needed.
</li><li>Provide support to internal and external auditors for treasury function.
</li></ul>Basic Qualifications
Education
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in accounting, finance or related field is required. 
 
</li></ul>Experience
<ul><li>3-5 years of Treasury, banking, or accounting experience
</li><li>Experience with bank portal administration
</li><li>Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are required.
</li><li>Experience with Kyriba Treasury Management System a plus
</li><li>Strong attention to detail and time management skills
</li><li>Possess the ability to be a team player and work cross-functionally.
