The Sr. Financial Analyst will be a member of the Corporate FP&amp;A team. The analyst will support key financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities, helping drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with financial systems and tools, possess strong analytical skills, and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving. The Financial Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate forecasts, analyze performance trends, and support strategic initiatives. What You&rsquo;ll Do&hellip;
Primary Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning process across business units
</li><li>Perform scenario analysis, identify opportunities for improvement, as well as risk assessment and mitigants
</li><li>Develop and maintain complex financial models to support
</li><li>Analyze monthly/quarterly financial results, identify trends, and provide variance explanations
</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate business performance
</li><li>Prepare review materials, reports and presentations to support senior leadership
</li><li>Support ad hoc Corporate FP&amp;A requirements
</li></ul>This role will have the opportunity for development and learning by assisting with the following:
<ul><li>Annual planning process including the development of targets, timelines, templates and required deliverables and consolidation of the Annual Operating Plan
</li><li>Preparation of executive presentations, including monthly operating reviews and analysis used for Board updates and investor presentations
</li></ul><ul><li>Leading data, process, and reporting improvement initiatives; collaborate with Technology to automate and simplify
</li></ul>What you will Bring&hellip;
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
</li><li>5+ years of progressive experience
</li><li>Ability to prioritize assignments and be self-directed
</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
</li><li>Strong systems orientation with experience in ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) a plus
</li><li>Solid communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to analyze data to generate meaningful insights
</li></ul>Working Conditions/ Schedule
<ul><li>In person position in Burlington, MA 4 days/week
</li><li>Occasional travel may be required (not expected to be more than 10%)

United States Base Compensation: $115,000.00 - $144,000.00
The posted pay range for this position is an estimate based on current market data and internal pay structure. Final compensation may vary above or below this range depending on factors such as experience, education (including licensure and certifications), qualifications, performance, and geographic location, among other relevant business or organizational needs.</div>
