Job Title: Oracle EPM Trainee / Associate Consultant (Fresher)
Location: Hyderabad, Banjara hills 
Experience: 0&ndash;1 Year (Freshers eligible) 
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Undergo structured training in Oracle EPM Cloud modules (EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, TRCS, etc.)</li><li>
Support senior consultants in configuration, setup, and maintenance of Oracle EPM applications.</li><li>
Assist in analyzing business requirements and documenting functional &amp; technical specifications.</li><li>
Participate in testing, validation, and troubleshooting of EPM applications.</li><li>
Work on report creation, data mapping, and performance optimization tasks.</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, and Project teams) for smooth delivery.</li><li>
Maintain project documentation and adhere to quality and delivery standards.</li></ul>
Required Skills<ul><li>
Strong understanding of finance concepts (budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, reporting).</li><li>
Good knowledge of MS Excel and analytical tools.</li><li>
Basic understanding of databases and SQL (added advantage).</li><li>
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.</li><li>
Eagerness to learn Oracle EPM Cloud technologies and pursue certifications.</li></ul> 
Qualifications 
Educational Qualification<ul><li>
B.Tech / B.E / M.Tech (Computer Science, IT, ECE)</li><li>
B.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance / Systems)</li><li>
Or any equivalent degree with strong analytical and finance aptitude</li></ul>

Job Description 
Job Summary: 
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant with fluency in Arabic and strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle HCM modules and working closely with HR teams to optimize HR processes. The role requires readiness to travel to Saudi Arabia for client engagements and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Implement, configure, and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Absence Management.</li><li>
Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM functionalities.</li><li>
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to Oracle HCM applications.</li><li>
Conduct functional workshops, user training, and user acceptance testing.</li><li>
Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and reports.</li><li>
Support data migration, integration with other systems, and system upgrades.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards.</li><li>
Communicate effectively in Arabic and English with clients and cross-functional teams.</li><li>
Travel to Saudi Arabia as required for onsite project support and stakeholder collaboration.</li></ul>
