The ideal candidate is professional, passionate about aesthetics, and thrives in a client-focused environment.Position Summary As a Medical Aesthetician, you will perform advanced cosmetic treatments, educate clients on skincare regimens, and play an important role in supporting the clinic&rsquo;s growth. You will ensure each client receives the highest level of care while creating a welcoming and results-driven experience.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform a variety of aesthetic procedures, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, laser treatments, body sculpting, and cavitation.</li><li>Educate clients on treatment options and develop individualized skincare plans.</li><li>Document patient encounters and maintain accurate treatment records.</li><li>Provide follow-up support via phone and email, including promotional updates and new service offerings.</li><li>Deliver an exceptional client experience&mdash;guiding patients with warmth and care through their aesthetic journey.</li><li>Demonstrate product knowledge and assist with retail sales of skincare lines.</li><li>Collaborate with the team to ensure clinic operations run smoothly and professionally.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Certified Medical Aesthetician (required).</li><li>Additional skincare certifications preferred.</li><li>Experience with Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels, Microneedling, Aquapure, TCA Peels, and Cavitation treatments.</li><li>Strong knowledge of dermatology and skin variations.</li><li>Effective sales skills and prior retail experience a plus.</li><li>Exceptional customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.</li><li>Professional, discreet, and detail-oriented.</li><li>Bilingual skills are a strong advantage.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Pay: $18.00 &ndash; $24.00/hour, based on experience.</li><li>Commission, tips, and performance bonuses.</li><li>Health insurance and dental insurance.</li><li>Employee discounts on treatments and products.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth in a rapidly expanding clinic network.</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Full-time positions available.</li><li>Saturdays required.</li><li>8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday</li></ul>Work Location<ul><li>In person &ndash; Springfield, NJ</li><li>Candidates must be able to commute or relocate prior to starting work.</li></ul>At BYou Laser Clinic, we are committed to building a supportive, energetic, and client-first team.
