This is an ON-SITE positon, please do not apply if you are looking for remote positionsWe are looking for a highly efficient web designer who uses modern AI tools to rapidly build high-quality websites and landing pages.The ideal candidate understands how to combine AI, templates, and automation to launch professional websites quickly while maintaining strong design and UX.You will help build and maintain multiple websites (20+ projects) including landing pages, marketing sites, and service business websites.Responsibilities<ul><li>Build websites quickly using AI tools and modern builders</li><li>Customize WordPress themes (Avada, Elementor, etc.)</li><li>Create landing pages optimized for conversion and SEO</li><li>Generate realistic imagery using AI tools</li><li>Maintain and update multiple websites</li><li>Implement basic SEO structure</li><li>Optimize site speed and responsiveness</li><li>Deploy sites to hosting environments</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Strong experience with WordPress</li><li>Familiar with Avada / Elementor / modern page builders</li><li>Experience using AI tools for design or development</li><li>Understanding of basic SEO and landing page optimization</li><li>Ability to build multiple professional site within 1&ndash;2 days</li></ul>Preferred SkillsExperience with tools such as:<ul><li>ChatGPT / Claude</li><li>Midjourney / Stable Diffusion / AI image generation</li><li>Framer / Webflow</li><li>Figma</li><li>AI website builders</li><li>Landing page optimization</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience managing multiple websites</li><li>Knowledge of AI workflow automation</li><li>Basic HTML/CSS</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Describe the exact workflow you use to build a new website using AI tools from start to finish (planning &rarr; design &rarr; images &rarr; deployment). List the tools you use at each stage.</li><li>If you were asked to build a 5-page service website, how long would it realistically take you?</li></ul>Explain the steps you would follow and which tools you would use to speed up the process.<ul><li>Provide 3 websites you built and explain what parts of each project you personally completed (design, copywriting, images, SEO, hosting setup, etc.).</li><li>Which AI image tools have you used to generate realistic website images?</li></ul>Describe the prompts or techniques you use to create professional-looking images.<ul><li>Which WordPress builders have you used extensively (Avada, Elementor, Divi, etc.)?</li></ul>Explain the advantages and disadvantages of the ones you know.<ul><li>When designing a landing page, what are 3 elements you always include to improve conversions?</li><li>Explain how you normally deploy a website from development to live hosting.</li><li>A website loads slowly and scores 40 on Google PageSpeed.</li></ul>What steps would you take to improve performance?<ul><li>Have you managed multiple websites at the same time (10+)?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>WORDPRESS: 5 years (Preferred)</li><li>FIGMA: 5 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Rawalpindi (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
