Barq Dev is looking for a Technical Recruiter; You'll lead the effort to identify, engage, and hire top technical and non-technical talent.Must-Have:<ul><li>6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in tech industry.</li><li>Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms, ATS and recruitment workflows.</li><li>Ability to screen and assess candidates beyond resumes.</li><li>Experience managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer stage.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in HR, BBA or a related field.</li></ul>Good to Have:<ul><li>Experience hiring for startups or fast-paced tech environments.</li><li>Familiarity with employer branding and LinkedIn hiring strategies.</li><li>Understanding of hiring metrics and recruitment analytics.</li><li>Exposure to hiring across engineering, QA, product or design roles.</li><li>Knowledge of current hiring trends and talent market dynamics.</li></ul>Deal Breakers:<ul><li>Weak communication or poor candidate handling.</li><li>No understanding of technical hiring terminology.</li><li>Inability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.</li><li>Delayed follow-ups or lack of ownership during hiring processes.</li><li>Reliance only on job portals without proactive headhunting.</li></ul>Soft Skills:<ul><li>Sharp assessment and decision-making ability.</li><li>Ability to work independently and stay proactive.</li><li>Confidence in stakeholder and candidate communication.</li></ul>Cultural Fit:<ul><li>Inclusive approach, high energy and integrity, Attention to detail</li></ul>Attractive Perks:<ul><li>Daily lunch, performance bonuses, medical coverage, travel allowance and much more</li></ul>Imp: We&rsquo;re hiring a male team member for this role to be specific, and applicants available to join immediately will have an advantage.Work Location: In person
