 experienced Healthcare Interior Designer
 
 who&rsquo;s ready to get hands-on across a range of project types and scales.

 What you&rsquo;ll be doing:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead design and production while collaborating with a team of interior designers and architects throughout all phases of the design process
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee the development and completion of conceptual, schematic and design development materials
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate effectively with team leaders and consultants across offices and disciplines
 </li>
 <li>
 Actively market the firm&rsquo;s services in coordination with the PIC
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain design integrity throughout all phases of the project
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure quality control of drawings and specifications
 </li>
 <li>
 Present design concepts and ideas to clients and prospective clients
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and mentor staff, as well as foster a team environment, throughout all phases of the project
 </li>

 About you
 
 :
 
 
 
 
 
 A great match for our team is someone who has:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 A bachelor&rsquo;s or master&rsquo;s degree in interior design from a CIDA accredited degree program
 </li>
 <li>
 15+ years of healthcare design experience
 </li>
 <li>
 NCIDQ certification &amp; LEED accreditation preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Revit
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge and aptitude in other design software platforms preferred, including but not limited to: SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, and Office 365
 </li>
 <li>
 A desire to work collaboratively with team members in a constructive and engaged manner
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience managing/mentoring junior staff
 </li>
 <li>
 A willingness to travel as occasional travel may be necessary
 </li>
